I got my treatment done by Dr. Salas and she is phenomenal! She is very professional, personable and truly cares about her patients. She explains everything in detail and it is evident that she has your best interest in mind. I highly recommend getting your treatment done by her.

I have had a very bad experience with this place...they do good work the lady that picks up the phone is so rude and nasty....she put me on hold twice for a very long time and her attitude is not pleasant.this is not the first time that I have called and gotten the lady at the desk being rude. I will be telling my coworkers that also go there that this place dose not treat you right from the door. Again....this is not the first time I have had this experience with this place...but again they do good work...

The best part of this office is the higiestnist. The front desk couldnt be more rude. Really rude. My 3 star is no because of the doctor; who is really good; but the front desk is too much and front desk is part of the office.

I have been going to this dental office over 20 years, even before it was owned by Dr Dourmas. I do not live nearby but I have always been given a reasonable appointment date and time, whatever is requested by me. The staff are wonderful and very pleasant.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered at a doctor/dentist office in my life. Never pick up phone, take days/weeks to return a voicemail, accuse you of missing a scheduled appointment (never happened) and not tell you the date and time of the alleged missed appointment. In an emergency unable to see a dentist until a month after getting a call back?! Long wait times and overall disaster of an office.

4 stars to the Dentist who is an amazing person, and -1 star to the receptionist over the phone. It's hard to even make an appointment when she rushes you off the phone

I recommend this Dentist they are very good and polite, Dr. Dourmas is great person ,real easy going and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, does excellent work.

Receptionist is very rude! Inconsiderate and disrespectful. Needs people skills. Will not return. Don't care about your charge if you are in the hospital. Dentist needs to re hire new staff to protect his facility. Know a number of employees who will agree with her attitude.Thank you.

The woman in the front is down right nasty and has always been that way. It doesn't make sense why they would have her as the first person you deal with. You asked for a call back and you don't get one. It's a shame because the hygienist is literally one of the nicest people you were ever meet. If your looking for pleasant experience at your dentist this place isn't it.
