DO NOT COME HERE! TELL YOUR DENTIST TO REFER YOU SOMEWHERE ELSE!The slowest service I have ever experienced. They do not respect your time amd are constantly talking about nonsense instead of working. No wonder everything takes so long! Waste of money!!!!!!

I recently went here to have a molar removed- went to Dr. T (Dr. Tevepaugh). I had a great experience- staff was all really friendly & helpful. I went in extremely nervous & they were really kind & Dr T definitely has a calming bedside manner. I was completely informed of everything they were going to do & why and felt really comfortable. I happily don't remember the procedure (or my husband getting me home). Overall- nice facility, great staff- I would def recommend Dr T for any oral surgery/procedures- he was awesome

My Mother was seen at this office and had an awesome experience. From the first call to the last appointment she was treated with kindness by the doctor and the staff was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Worse place never. My daughter had all of her wisdom teeth pulled. All the following week she experienced pain on her tongue when drinking and eating, was told this is normal. A week(Saturday evening) after the procedure we call their after hours number, because the issue had gotten worse(now she can barely talk due to pain) only to be told by the doctor on call "that he didn't know what to tell us." When i called back to inform him that we were at the emergency room, he's response was "they will call me if they need him and we can be seen on Monday in the office. On Monday we went to the office only to be told they were in training and had to go across down to be seen. Once there the same doctor we spoke with on Saturday evening, Dr. Lemon was there and acknowledged she did have a reaction to the medication she was prescribed and was calling in a prescription. That's was at 945am!!!! I have been to the pharmacy multiple times and called only to be told that the prescription has still not been called in. I will never do business with this establishment again.

I saw Dr. Park for a consultation I needed before surgery. I would first like to say that I thought he was great. He was extremely friendly and very attentive. I specifically remember being surprised at how much time he spent with me. My issue was with the facility itself. After my consultation they were sending my information to my insurance provider in order to get my surgery pre-approved which typically can take about a month. I kept receiving bills for the consultation but never received any information on how the pre-approval was going. After hearing nothing for several months I followed up with them. The lady on the phone put me on hold as it became evident there was an issue. When she got back to me she said the office insurance lady was waiting for the doctor's notes to submit my information to my insurance provider. Now this office insurance lady works in the same office as the doctor and this was about 60 days after my initial consultation. What basically happened was that they forgot to send my paperwork in and it didn't get completed until 90 days after my consultation. Because of this I had to wear braces for an extra 90 days due to there mistake. All of that was fine as I understand people are human and they make mistakes but the people in this office could not ever be bothered to simply apologize for the major inconvenience they caused me. I was still forced to pay them for the consultation and they did nothing at all for me other than cause me issues. If Dr. Park moved to another company I would definitely recommend him. But as it stands if I had to pick between doing my surgery myself in front of a mirror or going back to that office to do it, I would pick the mirror every single time.
