Dr. Burns and his staff are first class. There's no way this review is gonna do their office total justice but I'm gonna try. I broke a tooth over the weekend and it was getting very sensitive. I called Monday morning and Kimmy at the front desk had me seen by Dr. Burns immediately, not the next day...that morning, which was super accommodating considering my busy schedule. When I got there Amanda was extremely sweet to me and calmed my nerves. Dr. Burns quickly diagnosed my cracked tooth and fixed it, with Amanda's help, in less than 30 minutes and I didn't feel a darn thing! I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. There are fewer and fewer family dental practices like the one I grew up going too but I'm here to say Midlands Family Dentistry treated me the way I would treat Family. I'm very grateful they were there when I needed them. Thank you Dr. Burns and staff!

I'm more than satisfied with the treatment I get at Midlands Family Dentistry. Dr. Burns is very professional and very transparent; he takes the time to patiently and clearly explain treatment options and costs. His staff are all first-rate, too, warm and accommodating; bent on maintaining high standards.

Friendly professional folks. Have gone to them for many years for all my dental needs. Never a problem making an appointment for regular checkup or any dental problem.

Best Dentist I have ever been to, he's honest fair on pricing and did not hurt me or try to talk me into things I didn't need or want. Unless I move or he retires I will never go to another dentist.
