I had my first ever root canal yesterday and I was SO nervous. Dr. Evans, Kelly, Shelbey, and Aubrey were so nice and professional from start to finish. They were very patient answering my questions and walked me through everything- they really took their time to make sure I understood the process of a root canal and what to expect. Dr. Evans did a fantastic job numbing my mouth- I didn't feel anything the entire procedure! And Shelbey was there the entire time making sure I was comfortable and she was very reassuring throughout. Today, my tooth already feels SO much better! It hasn't even been 24 hours. I am SO SO glad I went to Midlands Endodontics- I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff there was excellent and very friendly!!! My interactions were with Shelby and Amye. They both both fantastic!!! When I saw Dr. Evans he was awesome too. His honest and candid advice on treatment and the cost vs. benefits was terrific. I recommend these folks to anybody!

The appointment was with my wife not me. The doctor did a good job. I'm giving a 2 star because the receptionist loudly talked and complained about every patient that came in. She must of thought we couldn't hear her with the glass window closed. In all honesty I probably would have punched her in the face if she had been a guy.

I had a root canal to replace a poor quality root canal completed 12 year prior. I told them I am an anxious person and will shiver like a chihuahua even though there is no pain. I use a blanket and an eye mask to get through dental procedures. They had a luxurious blanket and dark glasses ready for me. The dental assistant patted my shoulder and Dr. Evans kept talking through the whole procedure. After the initial drilling I was so relaxed I even started daydreaming.

Dr. Evans did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the entire root canal process. I was at ease and comfortable. Doctor and assistant were completely in sync and very professional. My tooth pain is gone and I couldn't be happier with the experience!

The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. The office is clean and cozy. We were offered blankets during the procedure, BLANKETS, so my daughter was warm and comfortable duringher root canal and while i waited in the waiting area! Everything was explained so well, what they were doing and why. Everyone was so knowledgeable, I felt 100% comfortable leaving my daughter in their hands. I had the TV remote! Hahaha. Expectations surpassed.

I was there yesterday for a root canal. My first root canal I might add. All I have to say is WOW!! From the moment I walked in and met Kelley at the front desk, she was so warm and friendly. Ms. Joyce was assisting Dr. Matthew Evans with the procedure and she was also very friendly. When they were injecting the anesthesia, she was patting my shoulder to keep me calm. They gave me bluetooth head phones to sync with my phone so I can play music while they did the procedure. That was actually very calming and much appreciated. My overall experience was amazing! Two thumbs up guys. - Will Burkins

I highly recommend Midlands Endodontics, very professional and caring. Very receptive to your concerns and needs. Staff is way beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Had root canal yesterday 03/11/19 and feeling no pain at all. Thank you.
