It is with great pleasure that I write a review for Midlands Dental to highly recommend them. I have been impressed with them since my very first "New Patient" visit from the warm welcome I received from Judy and Ali at the front desk, to the professional and personable introductions of the staff members, the obvious expertise of Dr. Parnell and Dr. Vollmer, and the overwhelming feeling that they truly care throughout the appointment! They have state of the art equipment, they reviewed images of my teeth, and talked to me in depth about each one. They made me feel important, not just like a number, from day one. I recently experienced some significant dental pain, and Dr. Vollmer saw me "as soon as I could get there". He identified the problem quickly and gave me some viable options to rectify the problem. After choosing the best course of action, he went above and beyond to ensure I got the prescription he wrote, and scheduled me as soon as possible to proceed with the necessary steps to ultimately make a permanent bridge. He and Kory, his assistant, have taken the BEST care of me through this whole process. They are both so attentive, ensuring I'm always comfortable, not feeling any pain and made each visit so much fun (as weird as that sounds!) Yesterday I went for the final receipt of the permanent bridge for my lower front teeth. It is not only strong and functional, but it is literally a work of art.... it is absolutely perfect! It is beautifully made, matches perfectly and actually looks much better than before! I left the office feeling more confident in my smile than ever before, and had no residual pain at all, and truly felt like I was the most important person in the world to them! I am SO impressed with this office, and I personally would give them like 100 gold stars! As a 29 year Military Veteran, I recognize attributes like total dedication, superior performance of duty, and commitment to excellence...... Dr. Parnell, Dr. Vollmer, Ms. Kory and the entire staff at Midlands Dental hold these values, they believe them and exhibit them to every single patient. I recommend them to everyone! Thank you SO Much Midlands Dental!! Y'all are AWESOME!

Dr. Parnell is the best around. Beckah has always taken great care of me and everyone at their office is kind, compassionate and has positive personalities that will put a smile on your face. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

By far the BEST dentist's office I've ever been to! I grew up scared of dentist's because of several bad experiences, but I have had nothing short of an excellent experience at Midlands Dental! Everyone there clearly cares so much about their patients and they work hard to make sure that you are comfortable at all times. I would recommend them to everyone!

Midlands Dental is an excellent choice if you are looking for a dentist. Everyone in the office is kind and truly make you feel welcomed. Dr. Orman took the time to explain things in terms that I could understand. I feel like I am a part of the family. I am thoroughly pleased!!!

I've never liked going to the dentist, but Midlands Dental is different. While it is still not my favorite activity by a long shot, the people and the special care and concern make the visit almost enjoyable. Everyone makes you feel special and the quality of the work is exceptionable.

Midlands Dental is excellent. My entire family goes there and we could not be happier, they really treat you like family. Judy and Ali always greets us with a smiling face. Angie is always so friendly, and an amazing dental hygienist and Dr. Oman is also very friendly and knowledgeable, I am always pleased with his work.

I see Dr. Orman, and he is by far the best in town! I feel like I'm part of the family every time I walk in the door. The entire staff there is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Orman does exceptional work and I recommend him to all of my friends and family. You will not regret going here.

Midlands Dental is simply the best. My husband and I have been patients since we moved here and have recommended Midlands Dental services to friends and neighbors. Dr Parnell and his staff are highly skilled professionals that truly care about their patients, whether in for an excellent cleaning or having complicated procedures to save or replace teeth.

I have been going to Midlands Dental for over 20 years. I was a little nervous about Dr. Harrington retiring because he has been the heart of Midlands Dental but he has left his practice in the capable hands of Drs Orman & Parnell. Also, Angie is a friendly and caring hygienist who always wants to catch up personally. This is definitely not just a job for her! I highly recommend Midlands Dental!
