I have been trying to call this office FOR DAYS and all i get is the answering machine, leave a message and still no one returns the call. If you are going to be closed unexpectedly, CHANGE YOUR VOICEMAIL to reflect this change!

I was skeptical after reading the reviews BUT despite all the negative reviews I have seen Dr. Lannie 3x for root canals and he did an AMAZING job especially on a exceptionally problem tooth! I would recommend regardless of previous reviews

Amazing office. Amazing staff. Amazing dentist. 10/5 would recommend. Very friendly, very helpful, explains everything that is happening. Got us in very quickly. I can't say enough good things about this office and the entire staff! Keep up the good work!

The dental hygienist I have seen each time has ALWAYS been super helpful and sweet! However, it is very difficult to schedule appointments. After a filling, I had extreme pain. The soonest they could see me was 3 weeks later. My husband had an appointment. I called the day of to ask further questions. We were told he wasn't on the schedule (even though I had received texts and a phone call as confirmation the day before). The receptionist said he could come anyways. She called back to tell me never mind. The dentist would be leaving early. It seemed they canceled his appointment without telling us... I'd rather pay out of pocket for better service and convenience. I would recommend searching elsewhere for dental care.

I went in for a root canal retreat this morning from a dentist that previously did an incomplete root canal. I was so nervous because I've had the worst luck with dentists. Angie at the front desk was so kind to me and then was taken back by an assistant who was just as kind and helped assure me that I was in great hands. Dr. Weak came into my room and immediately sat down and took the time to actually get to know me and expressed my fear because of my terrible experience in the past at a different dental office & he asked my age and proceeded to tell me that he had a daughter close to my age and would take care of me the same he would her. He continued to check on me, making sure I was okay throughout the retreat process and communicated step by step what he was doing and what the next steps would be. I ended up asking him if it were possible to make him my primary dentist and made sure he would take my insurance. I don't plan to go anywhere else. I can't even explain how well they treated me at the office and so grateful for their help. Thank you Dr. Weak & staff.

Wow I was totally shocked when the receptionist Angie was very rude to me as a first time caller I was a little skeptical by reading reviews and I surely found out that she was very rude and she ended the call with OK BYE!!! in a rudely manner very unprofessional services all because I did not have my insurance card number when I called after telling her I can bring it in at the time of the appointment.

I had a great experience here before. Today I called to book another a appointment and the lady that answered the phone was VERY rude. Her tone was not welcoming what so ever. I will be looking into another dentist office because of this

I want to say that Lannie and his team are awesome. They always make me feel welcome. Every one is so friendly. I know its a dentist office But they make me feel at home. I would recommend this team to any one. BIG SHOUT OUT!!!!

Dr. Weak redid a root canal that went bad for me. The staff was able to get me in quickly they were extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Weak did an amazing job and truly cares about the patient and doing the right thing. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any problems after my visit. It's hard to find a trustworthy dentist but I am very glad that I have found him.

I had horrible service at summit dental they started a root canal and didn't finish up because the dentist hadn't seen roots like I had on my tooth basically I figured out that have to many patients and we're only interested in charging my insurance not only did my tooth become very infected almost too my bone they denied me a script or referral upon finding Midlands they immediately got me in and I found out the tooth in question was charged for a root canal already..she sorted thru all the issues with the insurance and he had to end up pulling me tooth out no choice....if they wouldn't have gone this extra mile for me I don't know what would have happened to me my face was so swollen and full of infection I was unable to even talk....they are truly genuine to their field....any bad remarks have to be from old staff and dentist...thank you Midlands dental
