Dr. Tucke and his assistant were extremely nice and took great care of me! Thank you for your professionalism I was nervous going under general anesthesia for the first time but that was the BEST part of the whole experience!! Don't remember a thing and had all of my 4 wisdom teeth removed. It felt like a split second honestly. Next thing I knew, I was up and about. Still recovering but glad that it's done and over with.. phew! Now onto recovery phase...

Now no matter what service I receive I will never be comfortable going to the dentist. Dr Tucke and Lupe were great. I was so nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled. I didn't feel a thing and the service was quick. Great professionals here that know exactly what they are doing. Thank you for taking care of me.

I've worked in the dental field for 8 years and wouldn't trust any other oral surgeons except the doctors at Midland. I had a recurring and painful issue that I had previously been seeing an endodontist for to no avail. I finally made an appointment with Midland and Dr. Tucke was straight forward with his diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. He was personable, knowledgeable about my situation, and calmed my nerves about having surgery. One visit later and my mouth is finally back to normal!

This review is written prior to visiting and strictly only to the front desk receptionist who I spoke with on Jan 31st at approximately 3PM. You were rude and inconsiderate. That being said, you insisted to the point where I felt forced in telling you my reason in making a consultation. If a patient ever tell you that the reason for making an appointment is for a consultation then that should be good enough ma'am. You continued with your unnecessary comments such as "that's all you had to say" and "you don't like making appointments do you?"

Been there twice for two simple tooth extractions. These did not involve any anesthesia. Just Novocain. The procedures were simple and both went fine with no trouble. The staff is friendly and helpful. The oral surgeon took time to listen to any questions I had and to explain what was going on. Only real problem is the parking. Just a few spots in back. Otherwise have to park on the side street..

Brenda and Dr. Tucke were absolutely amazing. They are the model of being professional and friendly, and experts at what the do! The reception staff were friendly as well, no stack of papers to fill out. I would definitely recommend to them to be serviced. There should be an option to give 10 stars. I got two wisdom teeth pulled, no pain, no discomfort!

Never made it to the the back to see the dentist. They insisted that I have another Xray that my insurance won't cover instead of asking my dentist or informing me bring them for the consultation. It all seemed like a scam to over charge me.

I am so grateful , because I was able to get my procedure right away. They were kind enough to work me in. They office is very clean and the staff was very friendly,Carole was very sweet and personable, she explained what was to take excellently. My doctor was Aaron Tucker, he was kind and patient, the procedure was quick just as he said it would be. I just want to say thanks again

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted on today under general anesthesia with Dr. Khan, assisted by the lovely Juanita. Let me just say that I don't remember anything about the procedure after the IV was inserted. I see why it takes awhile to get an appointment with Dr. Khan (He's a Rock Star). I am following their orders regarding taking my pain meds, and so far so good! Thanks Midland Oral Surgery and Roots Dental (Dr. Patel) for the referral!

My experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted went great! Since my consultation with Dr. Pagni up to the day of my procedure he was very kind and informative, along with the nurses and assistants. I was very comfortable and reassured the whole time! Highly recommend this office to anyone who is nervous about getting their wisdom teeth extracted like I was. They will explain everything thoroughly and take very good care of you! Thank you Dr. Pagni and staff!

Until my recent experience I thought very highly of Midland Oral Surgery as a whole. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. In fact I was so pleased with my experience that I referred my husband to Midland for his implant. On 3/11 I called Midland and spoke to Mary in billing regarding an issue with my FSA provider. Let me first say that my issue was by no fault of Midland. I explained the situation to Mary and asked for a specific resolution, Mary informed me that what I was requesting was not an a resolution they could offer. I then explained to Mary that Midland had done this for me a few months back and she very politely explained that due to the circumstances being slightly different it wasn't an option this time. So, at that point I asked Mary if I could speak to the Manager that she ran my request by just to ask a few more questions and see if there were any other possible options. Mary inform me that the manager was on a call but she would have her call me back. Well as if today 3/16 I have not received a call from the Manager Jemma(not sure if spelling is correct). I do not know if this means Mary did not give her the message or if she just opted not to call. Nonetheless the less as a Manager in Corporate America myself sometimes we have to have hard conversations with customers and in some cases the answer remains the same and there aren't any other options however, there are times that sometimes we as Managers can offer a resolution that our employees can't. In any event common courtesy is to simply call the customer back whether you have the answer they want/need or not. So, while my situation is no longer an issue I have to say I'm quite appalled that the Midland Staff didnt think enough of me as customer to return my call and with that said while I did refer my husband I will not refer anyone else and should we need implant service again unfortunately we will not return to Midland. Please know this review is not because Midland didn't help with my situation, it is on the basis of the lack of customer service.

Great doctor and staff! I felt comfortable and confident in Dr Hajiharris. He explained the procedure and how he would proceed with a broken tooth extraction. Even though I would have preferred to not be there, I was very happy with the results.

Registration was a breeze and we were in and out of the office efficiently. Dr. Hajiharis and his assistant made my 11 yr old daughter at ease with her procedure. Ideal experience!
