Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at this location. The dentist and his assistant were okay. A few days later I had some concerns on how it's been healing I felt it wasnt going well and called the Frankfort location to ask questions about if this was normal for a piece of tooth to be left behind and the receptionist started laughing . I find nothing funny about that I'm very concerned. Disgusted and very mad Im an out of pocket patient . I should have gone literally anywhere else !!! Wish I could give 0. The one who laughed name was Gina ?

Dr. Guajardo was amazing. Himself and entire staff made me feel so comfortable. I came in super scared for it being my first time being sedated and having 4 wisdom teeth surgically extracted. They all took very good care of me and made me feel safe. Thank You To the receptionists, dental assistants and Dr. Guajardo.

They saw me and prescribed antibiotics and did a huge and expensive surgery and sent off specimen for biopsy came bk neg. Dismissed my case as though nothing was wrong, still experiencing the same symptoms, said it must be all in my head, like I was pretending to have these symptoms, and just liked spending close to $2000.00, for the heck of it, also asked for my pcp name which I provided so he could tell her probably that I was a mental case, just pretending this was happening. I have contacted university of Illinois and spoke with them, they completely understood what I explained to them ,I am awaiting the appointment date to be seen. They know what I am talking about when I explained my symptoms to them. So, maybe the midland surgery center isn't quite up to par as they think they are, in a case like mine, maybe it's more than they have experience in. They tried I guess, but to imply I have a mental problem, I was completely shocked and thought it was very unprofessional since they are not educated in psychology , but had the Gaul to imply that to me. We'll see where we go from here.

Just simply the best Oral surgery office. Dr. V. Bill Hajiharis Definitely knows his work. Very professional and very knowledgeable as well as experienced doctor. Going out of his way to address your dental needs. I would recommend him for oral surgery, tooth extraction, wisdom tooth extraction, installation of implant, since he has done these things for me and my family

FRAUDULENT BILLING!! Surgery was fine but their billing dept is the WORST I've had to deal with. I have two insurances. They billed my primary right away and for three months after sent me a bill saying I owed the full balance not even taking into account that my primary PAID already. I called and spoke to a lady with the first name starting with an E however I don't remember exact name. She was very rude and pretty much said oh well they'll attempt to send the claim over to secondary. They sent the FULL amount to my secondary which paid MORE than my primary. No explanation claim OR in network write off attached. So they were OVERPAID. how many other people have you guys over billed and profited on because they dont check their claims??! I am also owed a refund that I have never received since it being adjusted. Overall just based off of the fraudulent billing I would not recommend a shady place or even somewhere who's staff isn't trained on how to properly bill.

Went to Tinley location for 3 teeth extractions Jan 27th Dr Hajiharis. I was nervous about the surgery prior to going there that day. I had anesthesia and honestly did not have any feeling or memory of getting the teeth extracted at all! No recollection of the experience happening was so seamless and painless! Thought was not performed at all and asked the nurse when they were starting the extraction and she informed me "It was already completed!" I had zero pain or swelling!! Amazing experience! I had to look in mirror at home to see if teeth actually were extracted because had no aftermath of pain or swelling at all!! Highly recommend!

I was sent by my dentist to Midland Oral Surgery twice, once to have a tooth extracted and once to have a tooth root removed because the tooth broke while my dentist was extracting it. Both times I had Dr Pagni and both times it took no more than ten minutes and was totally painless. I just want to thank you and the entire staff at Midland for the caring, painless and professional job you did with my teeth and would highly recommend your office to anyone who needs dental work.

I had an abscess under a previous root canal with fractured root, my dentist attempted to remove the tooth but because of the infection I was unable to become numb with the anesthetic and was in considerable pain. Dr Guajardo was professional, kind and an amazing physician. He assured me I wouldn't have pain during the procedure and he was thankfully right. I was lucky to find him. My dentist contacted him on an urgent basis and he took me immediately. You can't go wrong with Dr Guajardo along with the wonderful staff. I gave 5 stars because it wouldn't allow me to give 10.

I had the best experience ever at the dentist office! Never thought I would be saying that. From the check to the check out the staff was delightful and caring. The best part was Dr. Hajiharis and his SUPER AWESOME SAUCE assistant they were the best and had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced, they can pull my teeth any time (just no time in the near future. lol). Highly recommended 10 stars this place gets from me.

Dr. Pagni is the best! Pure class, sense of humor, great doctor. My first visit was around 6 years ago when I got my wisdom teeth taken out. The operation when smooth and the recovery was instantaneous! I never even felt the need to take a tylenol following the surgery as I had no pain! The spot where my wisdom teeth where got stitched up during the surgery too, so I never had any dry sockets. My second visit was last week for a consultation. My family dentist saw something he was unsure about in an x-ray. He told me to go see Pagni and get it checked out. Dr. Pagni saw me, said it was nothing, and let me go without paying a cent.

I could not be more pleased. Dr. Hajiharis explained to me what he was going to do and why. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and numb, that meant a lot. The extraction and bone graft was completed with no pain, feeling much better. Would highly recommend Dr. Hajiharis

Put me at ease from the very beginning; very professional and kind. Procedure was explained to me clearly beforehand and Dr. Hajiharis and his team truly did make me feel comfortable throughout the process--all this for someone who truly has an innate discomfort with all things dental! I am thankful I was referred to this office, and would highly recommend!

I had a consult with Dr Guajardo for wisdom teeth removal. He was very thorough and made me feel at ease. Both he and nurse Sondra were so helpful and explained what to expect. The staff in the reception area were extremely friendly. The day of surgery I was again greeted with big smiles which immediately calmed my nerves. Extraction took about 45 minutes and was painless. I absolutely recommend! I hope I don't ever have to have another procedure but if I do I will definitely use them again!
