I had my wisdom teeth removed here. The ladies working reception were all friendly and I was able to schedule my consultation and surgery quickly. Dr. Austin Gray explained everything well and answered all my questions. He didn't rush through the consultation, but rather took his time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. The surgery and recovery went well. Overall I had a great experience here (as much as surgery can be) and would definitely use Dr. Gray again in the future.

Dr Austin is has a good bedside manner HOWEVER when I arrived for the procedure I was told that I had to pay upfront and I didn't have the money and was never informed of my options at consultation or at any time before my scheduled visit. I had to cancel the appointment and was told I was going to be charged 250 to even do that. I then called back and was told that I signed a paper that gave me the options but that is not the paper that was given to me after the consultation! SHADY. I wasted 300 dollars which is money I did not have on a consult for no reason on top of taking off time from work to get a procedure that I wasn't able to get. They do not care if you get pain relief or not, they got their consult money. So thank you for the wasted time, and the loss of money. If you guys don't want to end up crying in your car on the way home from your failed appointment, go somewhere else!

I will start off by saying that Dr. Gray and the dental surgical technicians were amazing; however, I cannot speak the same to the receptionist, Anetta, and/or the lack of communication that led to the issue I will now address.I had a wisdom extraction set for Friday, Dec. 3rd. I also want to note, that they have a $250 cancellation fee if you don't cancel several days in advance. Knowing this, I initially called Nov. 19 during business hours to ask for a new estimate since I had new insurance. Their voicemail said they were closing for Thanksgiving break starting Monday, Nov. 22 so I called the following Monday of the 29th requesting this new information. Anetta told me they would look into it and call me once they had the new estimate. Wednesday came along, I still hadn't heard anything so I called again, and was told they still did not have it. Thursday I receive a call only to not provide me with my new estimate but rather to confirm my appointment. I, of course, told them I could not confirm until I had the new estimate that I had been requesting. I call them back that same day at 4:50pm because they close at 5:00, and they STILL did not have the estimate, stating, "The Dr. had been really busy that day, " to which I responded, I do understand that which is why I've been calling for more than a week. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. They call me after-hours to give me the new estimate via voicemail which I did not listen to or was not aware of until the morning of my scheduled surgery. Now, I had make a last-minute, same day assessment on whether or not I was going to afford the surgery, where if they had told me sooner, I could have made necessary financial arrangements. Luckily, I could afford it so I went, but another inconvenience is that I had to call my employer that same morning with no heads-up about the situation at fault of the clinic. I had picked this place because of the excellent reviews, but the lack of priority to my situation will not entice me to recommend this place to others. Update: I spoke with the doctor, and it resolved absolutely nothing. Although, an apology was rendered I felt it was only in response to my review to save face. It was never offered during my numerous of calls, when I showed up at the clinic nor during the voicemail that was left. He took the fall for the receptionist, when it's her job to get back to the patients with the requested information. She could have reminded him that I was calling frequently to get my quote, but she didn't. He could've taken the 5 minutes out of his day to help her with the quote. He didn't. So do they really put patients first? Or only the ones standing in front of them to pay?

The level of professionalism was superb as Dr. Austin D. Gray and his entire staff were thorough, complete, and patient-friendly. Dr. Austin D. Gray was always fully complete with explanations and answers to my questions. From the initial consultation up to the day of surgery, he always took time to express a personal and caring attitude. My satisfaction is 100% and I can highly recommend his practice. I will continue to have full confidence in his work. It really means a lot when you can tell a doctor truly cares about his patients.
