This place and staff are absolutely disappointing, especially Dr.GUTTA. If he offered free service you still wouldn't be getting your moneys worth from this surgeon. If you like being spoken to in a demeaning manner and disregarded as a patient then go ahead, but it's a never again for me. Dr.GUTTA and I had agreed that we would do a certain amount of implants for financial reasons but 3 months later he states that more implants will be needed, this surgeon did not place the implants in an optimal position and therefore I would have an unnatural looking crown. This was all confirmed by 3 other doctors who are board certified, but when this was all told to Dr. GUTTA he simply disregarded it. Not all doctors are good doctors and this one is certainly not the exception. I paid $7,000 for two implants that are useless to me. Please do your research before going to this man!!

Bad business would not recommend Had 2 teeth pulled charged me almost 2500 dollars.. paid the full balance then a month later they send me a statement saying I owe 20 dollars first they said it was cause insurance didn't cover 20 but they said my insurance declined wen I went in office now it's a typo on a code on their end but yet still tryna charge me 20$ after I paid all this money I feel scammed

Overpriced. Was told my total bill about 3 times and it was the same until I questioned the amount of the credit. Then my total bill immediately increased for no reason.

Stay away from this office, I'll rate less than one star if I could. This office is a pure scam, i spent over $260 for consultation, they said will get back to me with a quote which never happened. They want to charge me $75 for a medical record. Whole experience was like a pure scam.

They took to the back and got me comfortable and then, Bam they took out the paperwork.told me how much money they need before he could start. This procedure cost $ 6,000 l got approved got it done. But the bad deal about this that they don't tell you that you have to go to another dentist to complete this procedure. So if you plan to go there ASk questions because they will give the paperwork to sign and not say nothing. Will not go back not happy with this...

The staff here is very rude and condescending, they would ask questions, then act like they were sure you were lying. I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because they got the job done and relieved the pain. If it's not an emergency, I would recommend you look elsewhere for your oral care.

!!!BEWARE!!!! Do NOT go to this man!! He does not know what he is doing. My mother went to this man, & he injured her nose membrane by putting some type of "screw" He was preparing her for an implant. The screw was double the size of what is should've been. So therefore he damaged her nose membrane. She began to have a lot of pressure on the side of her face, her blood pressure began to get out of control. She had a lot more problems after her surgery! She decided to go to another oral surgeon to fix the issue. She no longer trusted this doctor to fix the issue. THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN! HE WILL NOT BELIEVE A WORD YOU SAY! I had surgery here for my wisdom teeth removal upon giving me medication to put me under dr. Gutta proceeded to ask me if I had been doing meth and cocaine. I laughed at this question because id never been asked this and how absurd of a question to ask when getting wisdom teeth removed after already answering the questionnaire given by the nurse if I had used any illicit drugs. He proceeded to accuse me of using drugs by saying because I laughed at this question I must've been lying. At this point I had already been given the medication to be put to sleep and as I was trying to argue I fell asleep. After this procedure I had been given 800 ibuprofen and that was all. Mind you my teeth were so badly impacted that I had been denied by 3 other oral surgeons in the area all of which had told me that upon removal there would be nerve damage because of the way my teeth had grown around the nerve. My brother had went to him as well and he was given hydrocodone and ibuprofen 800 as well as an ice pack and instructions of after care. I was given none of this only a syringe because he was unable to stitch the bottom of my mouth up because of how small of an area it was. Upon calling and telling the nurse that I was in so much pain the first two days that I couldn't sleep she asked me why I hadn't taken the hydrocodone and I proceeded to tell her I wasn't prescribed any, at this time I also asked her about some after care procedures and some do's and don't's once getting the surgery. She was very confused by all of this not understanding why none of this has been explained to me and put me on a hold, after coming back she explained she didn't know why I wasn't prescribed any but to just take the ibuprofen and quickly went over some things. I had Tylenol 3 left over from a previous surgery that I ended up taking but I'm just over all absolutely appalled by this situation. I'm accused of being a drug abuser and was denied the normal treatment because of this assumption. Do not go to this man.

She made sure to ask to ensure she gave me the correcr information. & when I asked a question regarding some information used in the office. She said she need to call me back & did so primptly! The idea of getting surgery during a time like this is a little scary but I felt like I was in the best hands. Doctor Gutta and his staff are amazing. I got all four wisdom teeth taken out. Surgery was quick and didn't feel a single thing.

I have never been bullied, talked down to and treated with so much disrespect in a professional setting. I left the office devastated by the treatment I received. I was pressured to give them my debit card which was taken out of my sight to be copied. I still check my account to make sure it isn't used fraudulently. I received all but $250 (my initial visit/X-ray) what a joke. I still need four extractions. Goodbye, Gutta and the racket you run.

The office staff is the most unprofessional inconsiderate and rude people I have ever come across. There was an issue with my insurance and instead of allowing me to fix it they took my wife's debit card charged $1500 and refused to do any work on her mouth. They then refused to refund my money even though they had not done the work. Not until I raised my voice did they say they were going to refund all but $127. As of this review my money has been taken from my account but not returned. This office is crooked. Find another place to get your teeth fixed.
