Dr. Choi graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with honors in 1998, and completed athree year post-doctoral orthodontic residency atMontefiore Medical Centerin 2001. Upon completion of orthodontic residency, Dr. Choi started his current practice in Monmouth and Somerset Counties.

Great orthodontist, and very careful about the process and results. I had braces as a teenager (in PA), but never saw them all the way through. 10 years of negligence shifted my teeth a lot, so I went through the Invisalign program with Dr. Choi's office. At the time of signing up, I was able to set up a payment plan with their office. Very kind, caring, and serious staff.

Dentist is listed on DMO website as a participating Dentist accepting new patients; yet when you call or visit to schedule an appt. you are told he does not accept DMO insurance. Do not waste your time. His website does not indicate it. He is a non DMO dentist.

Dr. Choi and his team are exceptional. I went through adult braces for 23 months and could not be happier with the results. My appointments were always very timely, and I was in and out. Dr. Choi always listened to my concerns and always explained the process thoroughly. The entire staff was very mindful of the covid regulations.

Dr. Matthew Choi is wonderful. I am so happy that we saw him for a second opinion because he was knowledgeable, explained the treatment process thoroughly, and provided excellent care. He was great with my son, joked with him, and made him feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Choi if you want excellent care for your family's orthodontic needs.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Choi's office. Dr. Choi and Alise are so kind and professional. Dr. Choi is very vocal throughout the whole process, informing me of everything they did along the way. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist because Dr. Choi and his staff they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend!!

I definitely recommend Dr. Choi. He and his team have helped 2 of my children to achieve their beautiful smiles and straight teeth. He is always professional, understanding and very patient with my children. Whether its a retainer, pallet expander, Invisalign or metal braces, he can do it all and has shown to be very good at what he does no matter the application. Thank you

I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Choi of Progressive Orthodontists, LLC in Middletown and Raritan, NJ! Dr. Choi and his team (including Debbie) are compassionate, patient, honest and caring. We have been very pleased with Dr. Choi's work and the overall experience. As a parent, I really appreciate his clear communications with my son and I throughout the entire orthodontic process (braces and post-braces/wearing a retainer). Dr Choi is also very professional, knowledgeable and has always been accessible and responsive to discuss any questions, issues, concerns and/or updates regarding my son's orthodontic work over the past 3+ years.

I would strongly recommend Dr Choi for any / all your orthodontic needs. I am on my third child with braces. He has always displayed a very professional demeanor and patience with the youngsters, although stern when required. In addition to his professionalism, he takes an active interest with the children. The staff is always courteous and flexible with appointments and changes.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Choi for almost 4 years, and plan to take my son as well. It is a very friendly environment and everyone is very kind and helpful. Dr. Choi personally discusses the treatment details at every appointment and is very professional and always has a positive attitude. I'm highly satisfied with my daughter's treatment and thank everyone in the office for being able to give my daughter the perfect smile. We are highly satisfied every step of the way and are lucky to have made the right choice to go here! Their outstanding professionalism, flexibility, and welcoming attitude makes them different from any other. I would highly recommend Dr. Choi as the first choice for an orthodontist!
