I had dental surgery here in January. Everything went well. Everything was explained clearly to me so I understood what to expect. Staff was professional and kind. I had a few follow-up visits for doctor to check that I had healed properly, and it did. I definitely recommend Dr. Kozlovsky.

I could not be more delighted with my introduction to this office. Everyone was efficient, helpful and courteous. They were attentive and kind. I was especially impressed with the doctor that saw me. He wanted to know my concerns and explained things very clearly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone in need.

Dr. Meile is all that one hopes a doctor to be. He highly competent as well as pleasant. He explains each step, readily answers questions, and proceeds efficiently causing virtually no pain. He personally telephones his patients later in the day to assess how they are feeling. His support staff are also competent and pleasant.

It was nice the doctor took us in on a short notice on an emergency doctor explained everything thoroughly and was able to get us the correct information and the correct parts to fix my daughters post

I was sent there on a referral. Honestly, it was the best dental experience I've ever had, bar none! Super Clean Environment Cutting Edge Tech Professional Knowledgeable Staff And last, but definitely not least, is Dr K! He is a true master of his craft and very easy on the eyes. He truly makes you feel like you're in good hands My only regret, is not going to them sooner!

Dr. Kozlovsky was great! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. This was my first/evaluation visit and he addressed my concernes and explained everything clearly. I am going back for the actual procedure. Staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Everyone in the office was very helpful and pleasant from the people at the front desk to the doctor and nurses I met and dealt with in the practice. I have had implants before at this practice and am back because of the wonderful results I had last time.

Went in for a consult on Thursday to see Dr. Miele and explained how much pain I was in. He took X-Rays and said he couldn't let me go all weekend like this. He scheduled me for an appointment Friday morning to get my wisdom tooth out. Super caring and understanding from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. I couldn't be happier I chose Middletown Oral Surgery to preform my extraction.
