I am new to the area and have a lot of anxiety going to the Dentist. Both Joyce and Dr. Wang were so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I cannot thank them enough.

My daughter has been going here since we moved to Middletown in 2018. We have always had a wonderful experience with the staff especially the dentists and hygienists... However, the last two interactions we have had with the receptionist has been awful. She's not a very happy or friendly person and certainly not what we've come to expect from this practice over the years. Hopefully, she will either change her attitude or find another job that doesn't involve working with people. So for that reason only it gets 3 stars otherwise 5/5 for sure!

The staff is amazing! They're great with our kids too! It definitely feels like a family as soon as you walk in.

As it has been for many years now the service and attitude of the staff has been exemplary. I arrived a few minuets early and the staff was ready exactly on time. The hygienist was pleasant thorough and expert. The dentist was ready to review my x-rays and examined my teeth. I was out in less than an hour for cleaning, x-rays, exam, and payment. By the way the background music was Great! Thank you again, Francis.

Its fantastic staff,, Dr Wang is the best dentist I ever had,, 5 visits in 12 months , crowns fillings etc,, the work is excellent - an artist

I was in actual tears after having to deal with this Dentist Office, after having a terrible experience with changes made to my payment plan being told I was paying upfront for my next appointment and then being told that was not the case, shady price gouging, actually being asked why I was "shopping around" for a dentist when I had called a second dentist office for a second opinion, then being told that if I went to the second dentist I would not be able to come back to M.F.D. well good ridenace. I will have my 5th appointment with my new Dentist this morning and I have ended up paying less than what M.F. D. charged me for one procedure, oh and a cleaning that was never done but that I was billed for. They also told me they would send my x rays to my new Dentist, I called them twice and the new Dentist office did as well but out of spite they never sent them, the new Dentist ended up taking the x rays for me. As I said above good ridenace...

I have been having my dental work done at Middletown Family Dentistry for at least the past 15 years (maybe more) and it was always performed with the best of skill. Whether it was Cleaning or Crowns, I never had any cause to question the results. The personnel are top-notch from nurses to the Dentists. That includes the nice ladies who take care of the business end. My "Very Good Rating" says it all

Receptionist was awful- unprofessional and ignorant. Be wary of intake visit, not covered by insurance & not a cleaning or exam. Visiting this practice as a new patient was a waste of time & money. Doctor was there as a salesman. Skip

I just wanna say the staff was excellent and very professional. My only problem is Scott Arrighi DMD is a very arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional dentist. His bedside manners are horrible. There's a difference in giving constructive criticism and just being plan disrespectful. I don't care on how many awards he has won. He still needs to be mindful and respect his patients.

Fantastic first time experience! The office was clean and welcoming, the staff at the front desk were patient and kind. I felt like I was in great hands from the moment I walked into the office until the moment I left, I truly look forward to going back.

Dr. Wang and Nadia make visiting this practice a pleasure. They are pleasant, kind, thoughtful and very skilled in what they do. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Best dental practice I've been to in years!

At my new patient appointment the hygienist and doctor addressed all of my needs for healthier teeth. I will be able to establish routine maintenance! At the end of my visit I was able to consult a member of the Middletown practice to discuss insurance coverage and scheduling. This was the best experience I have had at a dentist's office as an adult!

This was our first time visiting the dentist. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
