Called as a new patient with a tooth emergency. The receptionist said their no longer taking new patients because there full until the end of year... what type of office is this you shouldn't even get one star

The young lady who answered the phone to make my appointment was very efficient and extremely nice one of the better experiences I've had

The Dentist(s)and their assistants are quite nice and great at their jobs. The receptionist however was apparently never taught "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing" and seriously needs to check her privilege. I'm sure she dosen't get a bonus for repeated snide comments about keeping my appointments. I've had to reschedule a handful of times. I live waaaaay below the poverty line and do not have a car. What can I do when my friend's car breaks down that morning (I had an afternoon appointment) and a cab is $30 (that I dont have), or my roommate ends up in the hospital the day before and I can't find a sitter. Last one WAS my fault, a beloved family member passed unexpectedly and I forgot my appointment. Just shut your mouth and do your OWN job lady (Which is NOT criticizing my time management skills). Also said "you're still here?" 10 mins after my appointment, sitting outside waiting for my ride to arrive

The dentist at this location has extrenely bad "bed side manners" The comments he made toward me and my daughter were inappropriate. I asked to go to a different dentist and was told no. Do not recommend

I give them a five star today I had to Remove my root canal watch it was affected, The doctor numb me up pretty good and I did not feel a thing. It was 123 procedure I was impressed! I will definitely come back again!

I originally left a good review but unfortunately after the second visit I have changed my mind. I had to go back for the same thing 5 times!! They also made me come back bc they thought they forgot about the cavity they left open Bc if issues by the surgeon. The communication between all the staff is sad and could lead to a lot of malpractice. the unprofessional environment and the way this company is operated has led me here once again to say how horrible this place actually is. The dental assistants are great. The doctors do not know what is going on. They had done my root canal and when I went back forgot that I already had my filling and root canal done. I was honestly scared even letting this place near my mouth. A 1 month process took 4 MONTHS. This place I would not recommend to anyone. Cheap or not this is not the place to get any work done. On top of all that the front receptionist told me their email system and fax has been down for months. How are you operating a business where x rays and other information needs to be sent out to heath insurance and dentists. This is honestly the worst experience I ever had and the unfriendly and unprofessional environment is terrifying especially when It comes to teeth you only get 1 pair. DO NOT GO HERE

Nasty lady at front desk. Gave me attitude since the moment I walked in. Then asked AFTER I spent 10 minutes filling out paperwork if I was pregnant. (Don't you think she should have asked that first and foremost before I wasted my time with paperwork?) anyway.. When I said yes, she said "well we might not be able to do anything today then. You should have disclosed that prior to making an appointment." I said, "that's fine it's just routine so nothing is serious, but when I made the appointment I was never asked if I was pregnant." She then said "yeah well that's not something we do. We don't pry into people's personal lives." SOOO now I have to get a medical clearance. I understand hippa laws and honestly I probably wouldn't have even written this review if the blonde lady at the front desk wasn't so rude. I wasted my gas. My time. And my patience coming to this facility today. Also, I think she may have a medical condition herself because she took my temperature when I walked in and it was 96.1 and 3 minutes later she then said she needed to take my temperature again.

I have never crossed such rude front desk staff, i literally watch this lady basically try to challenge my boyfriend over a mask comment. And then leave a handicap lady who was driven in a wheel chair van with no service over insurance. Not interested in addressing how to get this lady home, who's wheel chair ridden. THE DR on the other hand did a great job!!! but i would never return to this place or refer anyone. choose the next closet location to you.

I have been visiting this facility as a patient for a couple of years thus far. Rika, the Billing Manager, does a great effort in clearly explaining the estimates. She also tries to collect from the insurance first, and only then from the patient any amount that remains pending. I am very happy with Dr. Nina's work and the dental assistants who have always offered a professional and courteous service.

THE RUDEST FRONT DESK STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. I never leave reviews on anything. BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE KNOWN. THEY SHOULD NOT KEEP THESE EMPLOYEES and owners of the company should be aware of such very poor front desk staff.

Dr. jaxx has mad skills! Only took 1 novacaine injection & 10 minutes to fix the hole in my front tooth. Now, after my appointment, you can't even tell it was ever there! Highly Recommended!

I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews.. I have had great experiences each time I go, especially in the event of an emergency appointment. Front desk staff is kind and courteous, and extremely understanding. I had a loose crown and was able to get in the next day. The day of my appointment I was in and out within 20 minutes. The dentist was extremely professional, and explained to me each step of what was going to happen. I have really bad anxiety, so that helped a lot. This is an office that really cares about their patients.
