Dr. Len Taddei was born and raised in Connecticut, coming to Rhode Island to attend and graduate from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He earned his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and immediately returned to Rhode Island, where he served for three years as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. While stationed there, his Providence College connection helped to result in his remaining in Newport to join the dental practice of fellow alumni, Dr. Gerry Rogers. Following Dr. Rogers retirement, Dr. Taddei moved the practice to its present location on Aquidneck Avenue where it has remained since 1994. Besides his dental practice and maintaining active involvement in the community, Dr. Taddei enjoys traveling with his wife Kathleen and their three daughters, as well as cycling the roads and backroads of the area.
Dr. Colleen Yazgi is thrilled to have relocated to Rhode Island and joined the Middletown Family Dental team. Dr. Colleen Yazgi attended Montclair State University with a major in Biology and a minor in Art. She continued her education at Tufts School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Yazgi is knowledgeable in the most advanced dental technologies including CAD/CAM dentistry, restoration of dental implants, and Invisalign. Dr. Colleen Yazgi is enthusiastic about continuing education and values keeping current with the latest technology and materials to provide state-of-the-art treatment options to her patients.

Went in for a scheduled cleaning. Heather, the dental hygienist was excellent, and in the process we discovered a problem tooth. The dentist was called, she said it will need either a root canal or extraction. After a further X-Ray she felt I should see an oral surgeon for a final recommendation. All was handled very professionally, the front office staff was friendly and efficient. Very pleased with my visit.

If I could give a zero I would. This was the worst dental experience of my life. The dental assistant got in an argument with me for my tone of voice when she hurt me; at one point she tripped over the cord with an instrument in my mouth for X-rays dragging the mouth piece across my pallet; left the room in a huff within e NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE-refused to clean my teeth and left my upper pallet bleeding from jamming X-ray equipment into my mouth. Totally unprofessional. Fire this person!

Today's visit to Middletown Family Dental was super. From the greeting at the front desk by Pam, then onto the Dental Hygienist Heather to the Dr, Colleen everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend this family Dentist. Thank you for everything.

My dental tech (Cheyenne) was very thorough and efficient. A very nice young woman, even if she doesn't know who Sir Laurence Olivier was. On July 26 Dr. Yazgi was able to see me on very short notice and was a great help. Thanks! My August 11 visit was uneventful. Everyone was very kind and efficient. My July 13 visit was uneventful. Cheyenne and Dr. Yazgi are very efficient and friendly
