I have worked as a team member for Dr. Middleton since 2004. Its my pleasure to introduce to you our office and our fantastic staff. I truly enjoy getting to know new people and watching them become more confident through orthodontics.
My family relocated to Montgomery from Colorado about 2 years ago and we love it! I joined Dr. Middletons team in November 2013. I am new to orthodontics as I have spent most of my career in the medical field. Working for Dr. Middleton has been a great experience. Its a wonderful feeling to see the joy and confidence that a new, beautiful smile brings to our patients. Im glad that I have the privilege to be a part of that and look forward to getting to know all of our patients better.
I have worked in orthodontics since 2008. Middleton Orthodontics has been my second home since October 2010. I enjoy working with Dr. Middleton and seeing how happy we can make our patients through orthodontics.
I am a registered dental assistant, I have been in the dental field since August 2008, what I love most about my job is helping people feel confident with their smile. Dr. Middleton and the staff welcomed me in 2013 and I am very blessed to have them to work with every day. When you arrive at Middleton Orthodontics you will feel the warmth and friendliness like I did when I first walked in. I am looking forward to meeting and working with you in the future.
I have been a registered orthodontic assistant since 2012. Teeth are a huge passion of mine. I absolutely love watching the transformation of a smile. To be able to witness the confidence boost in a patient is amazing. I adore the relationships I get to build at Middleton Orthodontics with patients and my co-workers. I am honored to work with such amazing staff!
I was born in Montgomery County and have lived here my entire life. Orthodontics has been my passion since 1983. Dr. Middleton and I have worked together since 2005 and I have loved every moment. Working with the patients is the part of orthodontics that I love most. Each patients case is different, so work never gets boring. I have been doing orthodontics long enough now that I have treated multiple generations.
I have worked in the orthodontic field as an assistant since August of 2010. I have recently moved to the Montgomery area, from Tyler TX and I love it. I really enjoy working at Middleton Orthodontics because it feels like a family, not just the people I work with, but because of the community as well. I look forward to meeting each new patient and their families and I try my best to make their experience here great!
I am a Montgomery native that graduated from Montgomery High School in 2012. Currently I am finishing my bachelors degree in Sociology at Sam Houston State University, Eatem up Kats! I am super excited to be a part of Middleton Orthodontics and cannot wait to see what the future holds at this amazing office.
I began my orthodontic assistanting adventure in 2018 and I am so grateful to be a part of the Middleton family! My favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant is the opportunity to learn new techniques and create personal relationships, in addition to the beautiful smiles that are created. Orthodontic health care is an investment in your future. The effect of a beautiful smile truly impacts you and those around you for a lifetime. Orthodontic fees vary depending upon the severity of the problem and the length of treatment and therefore are determined and discussed on an individual basis. Arrangements can be made for payment over a period of time and dental insurance plans that feature orthodontic benefits may be incorporated into payment arrangements. Our experienced Financial Coordinator will work with you to simplify the process and create a payment plan that works best for you.
Total orthodontic benefits are rarely paid in one payment. Partial payments are received throughout the course of treatment until the maximum benefit has been paid. On occasion, insurance payments may be made directly to the policyholder and should be presented to our office to be applied to your account.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

A few years ago, I had braces from Dr. Middleton. The treatment was only partially successful, and very expensive. Recently, I returned to her office for a repair of my permanent retainer. I was quoted a price of $75 for the repair, but billed $150.

Dr Middleton and her staff are amazing. 5 stars is not enough to give . My daughter spent the last 7 years off and on between head gear and two sets of braces in order for her smile to be perfect. The staff is so sweet, the front desk ladies are always so friendly, and Dr Middleton will not let you or your child leave until your smile is perfection! Now we are getting ready to start my son second phase with them and I wouldn't go any where else! Thank you

Worst experience ever, this lady took full payment and then stopped treatment and refused to remove hardware unless I paid more money! After being paid in full for complete treatment! Absolute ripoff!!

Dr Middleton and her wonderful staff have provided my three children with an amazing orthodontic experience. My children's smiles are beautiful, most importantly. Each and every staff member at every visit was professional, kind and knowledgeable. The office is always punctual and always tried very hard to be flexible with our busy schedules. I love that Dr Middleton is equally conservative and aggressive as she provided different treatment options for each child and their individual orthodontic challenges. Dr. Middleton saved the day! My husband had been hurting for over a week because of a broken tooth and she made some phone calls to get my husband in to see an oral surgeon on a Friday afternoon. I couldn't be more thankful for Dr. Middleton.

We are so grateful for Dr. Middleton and her team. My daughter was desperate for braces because she had an overbite and she was being teased horribly at school about it. I love that Dr. Middleton doesn't want just good enough, she wants perfection. Her time and attention to detail has changed by daughter's life and confidence.
