I have been to Dr. Middleton several times over the years, starting in 2016. I had my latest experience on April 14, 2022 and am pleased to say that Dr. Middleton and all of his personnel are still the epitome of professionalism, courteousness and friendliness. From registering and continuing through dental procedures and checking out I have always been very well informed about the procedure, cost and expectations. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing special dental work. I have been a patient of Dr. Middleton for many years. Every visit is always pleasant. The support staff is always welcoming, friendly and efficient. Dr. Middleton is the epitome of professionalism, competence and informative as well as personable and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone in the Sarasota/Bradenton metro area.

The staff and Dr. Middleton were friendly, professional but most of all extremely knowledgeable. It was a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Middleton took a lot of time to explain my condition. He actually read my medical history and had some questions. Usually I feel like I write it all down and it just gets filed. My brother was a dentist for over 40 years so I recognize a great office. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice! Thank you again, Maureen.

I had a great experience with Dr. Middleton and his staff. Everybody was friendly and very professional. I was really nervous when I went to see them, I had a broken jaw. He performed a closed reduction, no pain at all. Everything went exactly as he said and there were many follow ups to check on the healing process. A broken jaw is not a piece of cake, but I had the feeling I was in good hands and the result proved me right.

This was my second visit to MIddleton Oral Surgery. I didn't review the last which was also 5 star with excellent medical expertise, careful listening skills and responsiveness and great followup. This time the front office staff was able to fit me in for emergency surgery - no easy feat on their part. Dr. Middleton was his usual competent and educational self, appropriately humorous, and very involved as a team in making sure this surgery was a success. Page and Ashley (front office and medical) are phenomenal. All said this is the best oral surgery team I have found (and I have had dental care in Boston). I am a knowledgeable medical professional I an recommend them highly.

Office visit was 3 months after fractured tooth was removed and bone graft solidified. Met first with Surgical Assistant who analyzed x-ray to determine position and size of implant. Every step was clearly explained, all my questions were fully answered. Enlarged model of tooth and implant were very helpful. Was joined by Dr. Middleton for detailed explanation of actual implant process, again all questions readily answered. Left feeling confident I made the right choice for an Oral Surgeon with a competent staff.

I was put at ease with their attitudes and an extremely suitable plan of action was suggested that made good sense. Honestly could not be more pleased. This is a top tier group of professionals.

I was referred to Dr. Middleton for my wisdom tooth removal, after avoiding it for a while. My consult with him was great. His office was super clean, high tech, and I was really impressed off the bat. They took very thorough X-rays and scans of my teeth, similar to an MRI, and he went through them with me and gave me the worst possible scenarios so I could be prepared. I've had a lot of restorative work done, as well as a crown and root canal right next to the wisdom teeth, but he wasn't concerned at all and said he could work around them. I was given a high estimate for those worst case scenarios as well, but my final bill actually ended up being only a third of that. I'm a terrible patient, I know this about myself. I hyperventilate and cry any time I get anything more invasive than a cleaning. The nurse, Sandra, was very understanding and put up with my hysterics really well. They also accommodated my weird hang up on people touching my elbow/crook of my arm and put the IV into my hand instead. It was completely painless, I woke up and didn't remember a thing. They were super thorough on discharge info, and sent me home with everything I would need. I can't thank everyone there enough for putting up with my drama and anxiety. Hopefully I never have to see them again, but if I need surgery I would definitely choose them!

Professional, friendly and everything done was geared toward the patient. If I had to use one phase to describe my visit, it would be: professional, knowledgeable and attentive to every need. Anyone can see the Middleton Staff loves what they do and loves working together. Thanks for a great experience.

Best experience. My daughter was referred to Dr. Middleton for a consultation by her dentist and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the front desk to Dr. Middleton himself, everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Middleton didn't just explain things to me but also to my daughter (11) who is the one who requires the surgery. I thought it was great he included her in the conversation and helped ease her concerns. She's scheduled for surgery in May and isn't even nervous. I appreciated his professional opinion and his honesty. 10/10 recommend and we won't be going to any other oral surgeon ever. This is definitely the place we will go anytime it's needed. (Which hopefully won't be much )

The reception staff were nice, the clinical staff were excellent, including the MD. The wait was a bit longer than I had hoped for but that was made up with the excellent service. The MD was a true professional. I will recommend this doctor to others.

I am fortunate to be doctor's Meddelton patient. Had tooth extraction and implant, had no pain at all and the follow up from the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend any person to become his patient

I feel so grateful that I ended up here. I live in Colorado and traveling for the winter. Broke my back molar, suffered with tooth pain for weeks. I was scheduled to go to an endodontist for a root canal and crown. They said it would be best to have it pulled and recommended Dr. Middleton, at Middleton Oral Surgery.. (That says alot to me, to be recommended by another Dentist) The whole staff was amazing, kind and compassionate. Dr Middleton explained everything to me and his recommendations were, extraction and bone graft. For future implant once back in Colorado. He fit me into his busy schedule. I opted for sedation, in and out of the office in no time. I have had no real pain, he is amazing. The anticipation was way worse than the procedure. Bonus I don't remember any of it. So very grateful for all they have done for me. Thank you Dr Middleton, and all the girls who help run that tight ship! I will never forget you all, Thank you so very much!! Connie

This is the rare clinical practice in Florida that mirrors the quality staff, furnishings, equipment and practice standards we were used to in SE Michigan. Most doctors offices in FL feel like they are 30 years out of date. It's a highly professional practice throughout.
