Very much miss Dr. Sturm as well as Kelly Sturm. If Cassie leaves, that will be the last straw. The personal relationship between the patient and doctor is gone. Times do change, I understand, but the staff was under fire when we went to Dr. Sturm. He did excellent work and never made us feel like they had to hurry through to get the next patient back. Every single staff member in that office seems rushed now. When my kids are back in the chair, I'm watching everyone else. It's very sad that the actual love of dentistry and how the patient feels is gone. We are switching to another dentist.

Middleton Family Dentistry is a 40 minute drive for my husband and I but it's worth every mile. (The Dupont location) They are the nicest staff of people, they make us feel like part of the Middleton family. My husband and I are very pleased with Middleton Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a great family dentist and staff. A BIG SHOUT OUT to dental hygienists Nicole and Jade you both are so awesome!

Dr. Shim was INCREDIBLE. I had to have some emergency dental work done with a filling falling out and needing a crown put in. The team was thorough and while getting a crown put in is a grueling experience, the Dr. was so kind, accommodating, and encouraging the whole time. I would request her any time I have to go back.

Very detailed in their processes and I love that every team members communicates their very next step providing explanations for each step of care and Expectations without surprises.
