Dr. Jason Chao hails from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After completing his undergraduate biology studies at Tufts University, he went on to attain his DMD degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Chao completed a successful residency in the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Resident of the Year Award.
After working for several years in Taunton and Revere, Dr. Chao is thrilled to bring his passion for dentistry to the Middleton community!He is truly dedicated to providing each patient with excellent dental service while using the most up-to-date techniques. Dr. Chao attends multiple Continuing Education courses each year so that he can continue to offer his patients advanced care.

I recently joined Middleton Family Dental and it was a GREAT experience! The customer service is amazing from start to finish. For someone who HATED the dentist, cannot wait to go back!! Highly recommend!

I'm a person who had gone through many dental procedures in more than a dozen different dental facilities including some overseas. I've had a very bad experience with one particular dental office after a dental implant and was looking for a switch. A co-worker of mine recommend Dr. Chao to me which is only 10mins from my home. My first visit was just a consultation and immediately I felt the sense of thoughtfulness, professionalism and confidence of working with Dr. Chao. I've been visiting Middleton Family Dental for years now, services ranging from annual cleaning, filling to dental crown. Not once I had bad experience getting my dental work done. I'm glad I found Middleton Family Dental.

I recently had to switch dental offices because I moved to NH. But it hasn't been the same since I left middleton family dental. Dr Chao is so kind, smart, and fixed a problem that happened at my new dental office. I truly wish I never switched! Needless to say, I will be coming back here and not be minding the extra hour drive. He and his hygienists are so worth it. This place makes me feel comfortable and most importantly, taken care of.

The atmosphere is warm while the office is always so clean and beautiful the staff is friendly and sweet. I'm always so happy about how quickly I can be seen and confident with the care I receive.

Excellent dentist, the whole family likes this practice. He watches out for costs too to help my budget. Also gets me in fast if I have an emergency. Dr. Chao is so nice and so is his assistant Angela and the front desk ladies including Ashley. They return calls promptly. And the whole place is ultra clean. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Chao is fantastic !! I have had several bad experiences with other dentists and was very nervous about getting extensive dental work done. The Office, Dr. Chao and his assistant are extremely patient, knowledgeable and make sure the patient is comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Chao and Middleton Family Dental to anyone for a routine cleaning or extensive dental work.

Dr. Jason Chao is the best dentist I have ever experienced. I am 69 years old and have been fanatical about my teeth since I was a teenager. Dr. Chao looks out for your benefit and not his personal financial gain. I have total trust that Dr. Chao would guide me appropriately with any dental issue I might encounter. He is a man of character and looks out for his patients at all times. Graduating from Tufts is also a reassurance to me. Thank you Dr. Chao for great customer service and most of all for caring about your patients. If you visit his office, note how immaculately clean the area is. That alone tells you something about his practice.
