Dr. Reed and staff are amazing! I've been to numerous dentists over the years and Dr. Reed and staff were the first experience I had being treated like family rather than a sales pitch. They are all helpful, kind and honest. I refer people to them often.

We have been so happy with the care that we have received at Middleton Dental! Dr. Reed is worth the drive from Eagle. He and his hygienist did an amazing job with both me and my young daughter.

I have been a patient of the Middleton office for nearly 10 years. I received a treatment at the Meridian office as there were no appointments open in the Middletown office. I was told that I would not be charged again for this 5 minute treatment of nearly $400 by the receptionist as it was something the doctor needed to fix and didn't get right the first time. After receiving the treatment I was forced to pay once again even though I explained that I had been guaranteed that I would not have to pay for this treatment. After leaving the Meridian office I immediately called the Middleton office as I was in shock of how I had been treated by the Meridian staff. The Middleton receptionist who is very kind immediately apologized and said "Oh yes this is horrible mistake I'm so sorry, I will call the Meridian office immediately and I will take care of it and you will be reimbursed!" Sadly the receptionist never called me back and I have never been reimbursed. Needless to say I have ended up paying nearly 800.00 for a treatment that required no numbing and took the doctor an average of 5 minutes per treatment to accomplish for the exact same thing to happen to my tooth yet again only 5 days after leaving his office for the second time. I don't mind paying for the service but to have it not work a second time and to be promised that I would not be charged as it was something the doctor should fix, only to then be lied to and charged yet again and to then be promised reimbursement and not be reimbursed is incredibly dishonest and very disappointing.

I used to love going here. My dentist was great and the receptionist was so nice. I usually don't write negative reviews, so it breaks my heart to leave this one. The last time I went in December, I had a hygienist that made me cry because she was poking and being so rough with my teeth. I have healthy teeth and take care of them really well, so I feel like being that rough was unnecessary. Then I had my other check up just a couple weeks ago, but couldn't make it so I called to reschedule. They told me they were booked out until September, which I can't make because I leave for school in August. In my opinion, there should be a couple open slots for people who may need to reschedule because life gets in the way. I understand being busy and having lots of clients and maybe not being able to have a lot of time, but you should still prepare for situations like that and schedule for times where people can book their reschedule. I'm just really sad and disappointed that the place I've loved and have been going to for years has declined so rapidly in customer service and quality.

My family has been coming here for 9 years and we LOVE them! When I got married a few years ago, I had my husband switch over to my dentist because I refuse to go any other provider. Before coming to Middleton Dental, I had a root canal done with a previous dentist, and every appt to the dentist office filled me with so much anxiety. I actually never got the root canal finished with the first dentist because it had hurt that bad. When I switched over to Middleton Dental with Dr Cammann he was so gentle, I DID NOT EVEN FEEL ANY STING when he numbed me up! They have always been accommodating to my schedule. I live closer to middleton, but work in meridian so I have gone to both offices. Each office is clean and staff is always friendly.

Trever Gray try to say he was here to care for me but wouldn't pull my tooth for me just let me go with bad toothache that's not caring for your patients would not recommend him to anyone or the Middleton Terry Reilly Clinic.
