THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! A huge thank you to Kristen, Dr Reed and his Assistant. My husband was in so much pain and this place made it possible for us to go in and get an emergency root canal. I was very pleased with the services they provide but to top it all off they even got a blanket for my husband to make him comfortable. I highly recommend. Best service ever. THANK YOU!

Dr Forgioni is best at his job. Got an urgent root canal done for a virgin tooth and he has been very supportive all through the procedure. Staff at Middlesex Endodontics is very cordial and helpful too. I recommend for endodontics procedure.

Dr. Reed is amazing. I had an emergency at the end of the day, but Dr. Reed worked overtime to take care of me. I was in excruciating pain and my tooth presented many challenges including very convoluted roots , but Dr. Reed powered through his long day in the most considerate and compassionate way to alleviate my pain. I recommend Dr. Reed to everyone. He's very fastidious, courteous and a wonderful person. I felt zero pain while he diligently worked on my very challenging tooth. Thank you Dr. Reed and your amazing assistant- Amanda. Sorry for the long day! Paul Conti

I had my first emergency root canal right before Christmas. I was in a lot of pain and was referred to Middlesex Endodontics by my primary dentist, and was treated by Dr. Wesley Reed. Dr. Reed did an amazing job! I was never in any pain from the procedure itself, and Dr. Reed was very thorough and meticulous in his work on my tooth. He explained what he was doing as he went along, which was very reassuring and also very informative as I had never had a root canal before. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Middlesex Endodontics and Dr. Reed!

Went for tooth sensitivity. Took xrays and test and couldn't figure out what tooth. Went for a 2nd opinion and another place found the crack in my tooth. This place was just going to do a root canal on a tooth that didn't need it.

It's not my husband but me. Debra, Dr. Reed was phenomenal. Three hours plus of work. His assistant Amanda was superb. Constantly checking in after Novocaine, even updating my husband. Dr. Reed literally telling me what's going on during procedure. :Start of emergency root canal. Follow up phone call before office closed. Can't say enough how calm they made me feel and for getting me in ASAP.

I have had 3 or 4 root canals with this group. They have always gone well with no negative outcomes. This past Friday afternoon, a tooth containing a very old and deep filling started to become painful. I called that night and received a call back first thing the next morning and was fit in to be seen at noon on a Saturday. The staff were professional, friendly and checked on me frequently. Dr. Reed checked repeatedly if I was comfortable, and kept me informed through the entire procedure. He listened when I mentioned that I usually need much more Novocain than average, and gave me ample to keep me free from pain throughout the procedure. Trust this group. They have your best interests in mind.

My first experience there a few years ago with Dr. Forgione was wonderful. This past spring I scheduled a root canal with him but had to wait a week because he was on vacation. My tooth became infected before my appointment and I had to go with Dr. Gresla. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, he charged me $125 for an "emergency." Not only was his bedside manner poor, my tooth hurt for six months after the surgery. I went to my regular dentist to check it because I was worried about it. I will NEVER go to Dr. Gresla nor would I recommend him to anyone unless you practice masochism. ***Response to owner's response: I will call but I voiced my concerns at the time both to the doctor and office staff and they did not see my side of this that I had already scheduled an appointment before the tooth abscessed.

Can't say enough abut the great dr's and staff that worked there... I had two emergency root canals needed. One was very complex re-treatment. Dr. Reed worked on me and he was kind, gentle and sweet. Very reassuring willing to explain and very patient. Despite the pain I was in I found the staff was very comforting and supportive. I thoroughly am extremely grateful the help, patient and the level of detail Dr. reed went through to ensure that the re-treatment of a prior root canal won't fail again. Highly recommend them. Hopefully I don't need them again but if I did I would hesitate to call up Dr. reed and get an appointment!
