If you want a dentist that cares about you, your dental health and are not just trying to get insurance money to keep their business afloat - this is not the place. They accept all insurance however, the wait is forever, the staff aren't the most polite and the dentists don't operate at a high level. This sign is blatantly posted at the front desk ... with no one sitting here! Advice: try to get better insurance and go elsewhere.

my experience in this place was terrible, it was enough to ask for a change of appointment to see the dentist for the manager of this place to explode against me, I felt discriminated and humiliated, this lady has a very rude and haughty attitude, I recorded with my cell phone to have proof of how she behaves, and she told me that she didn't care, she even threatened to go look for people to get me out of the place, but she forgot that this place is a small mall where there are a few more stores, no I understand if she also owns the whole place? She is very rude, I had already been seeing that dentist for 2 years but I never thought that the comments I read about that lady were true, let's be careful

I called yesterday to make an appointment and the receptionist had such a bad attitude. Whatever her personal issues are shouldn't be taken out on customers. I ended up hanging up and not making the appointment will go else where.

have been coming here for many years- we never have to wait that long at all. The office is always clean and staff is always pleasant. Dr Sanchez is the very best! she is compassionate and honest in her assessments as well as she will make recommendations for the best course of action. I will not trust anyone else with my teeth. Liz, the office manager is always professional and knows the insurance process well. It helps that she has a huge heart and has a good sense of humor. She has always been accomodating with my crazy schedule requests. Priceless and a hidden gem! Thank you for all that guys do!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Where do I start? Sure enough I got the dentist office to finally return my call only AFTER I left the first review about the poor communication.(how ironic) Next, his receptionist calls me to tell me that firstly bc business is first lol, my insurance approved the deep cleaning. Then, continues to tell me that the dentist does not want to work with me IF I am the person who left the review. Lol PROUDLY I reply Yes, that was me (bc I meant every word) and another business owner would make amends for the sake of business and Idk.. whats that word.. Oh yeah, COURTESY Lol. I said Ok, I'll take my business elsewhere and just write another review :)

Lack of communication is immense! I was told by the dentist he would reach out to my insurance months ago for a deep cleaning (pretty Simple procedure), yet he never did. I called my own insurance and said hey what's going on I been waiting for the approval etc, only to find out the dentist never even inquired. That's part one, then I call the office to inquire and see what's the hold up my teeth and gums health are in need here. No one even answered. So I left a message to please get back to me. It's been weeks not one response. I'd love to take my business elsewhere and will look into it bc there's nothing worse than a place that don't even pick up the phone OR RETURN MESSAGES

Liz is great, Dr. Sanchez is great and everyone is informational and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here.

Very understanding, prices very modest and the attention is great. Have been a patient here for over 13 years! I love it. Whenever I need anything or my family on short notice they will acommodate us. Reading some of these reviews makes me wonder what the people did for any of the staff to be like that. We as customers sometimes do not cooperate. I give them 5 stars! Do not let a bad review take you away from good dental care. Happy New Year 2020!

I'm writing in the behalf of my fiance . My fiance was in pain and thankfully they took him right away and gave him antibiotics before they could do anything for him and if any treatment needed be done after he would have to wait until the surgeon gets back from vacation but he couldn't deal with the pain . After the meds were done I made an appointment to be seen else where and today he had a very bad experience and rudeness else where due to the pain that he had 2 weeks ago on his tooth. I then called to the first place that he went to and spoke to Liz , omggggg she is an absolute doll on the phone . Very professional and a compassionate one to boot. I'm from CT and I do not know her but I got a positive vibe from her and we spoke like we knew each other . I explained to her his experience and she made the appointment to be seen when the surgeon gets back . I told my fiance as soon as I hung up that I love loveee her . Now that's customer service at its finest . Now he feels better with confidence that it will be taken care of . Thank you Liz I really appreciate you and the time you took my call .

Worst place to ever go, first of all they never have any available appointments within 2 months, next they try to get you to leave as soon as possible. Also the doctor barely looked at my teeth and said they are fine when I am in pain. At that point I knew this place was just a joke. Please save yourself the time and do not go there.
