Dr. Charles E. Daley III completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi where his desire to serve others began to grow. Following his graduation, he applied and ascertained a position in the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. Graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Daleys ambition to further educate himself in the field of Dentistry, led him to the Medical University of South Carolina. Through and extensive residency, he mastered the specialty of Periodontics culminating with his Periodontal Certificate as well as his Master of Health Science. Upon completion of study, Dr. Daley and family moved to Tennessee where he began to put his knowledge and skill to work. Dr. Daley is a man of faith and family. He and his wife and their six children live and are actively involved in the community of Lebanon, Tennessee where he practices Periodontics. He continues to be an active participant in study clubs as well as attending continuing education courses keeping his knowledge and skills honed with the changes in technology and technique. Dr. Daley and staff strive to treat patients with the most advanced technology and attention that they themselves would expect from their primary care provider. He understands the difficulties involved with finding a specialist to provide complete, compassionate, and competent care. Dr. Daley works hand in hand with each of his patients and their General Dentist recognizing the care they need and formulating the most appropriate treatment plan to address those needs. This place is GREAT. Staff beyond friendly and the Dr. was amazing......and I hate going to the dentist. Last but not least fairly priced for the outstanding service. Hope to never have to see any of them (in office) ever again tho.

Right after having a cleaning at Smile Gallery in Lebanon my husband was referred for same day FREE implant consultation at Middle Tennessee Periodontics. Few weeks after this "FREE" implant consultation we received $88 bill and our insurance have been billed and paid them as well. After calling Middle Tennessee Periodontics about this bill they saying "they don't have any free consultations"?! BE AWARE OF THEIR LIES AND "SURPRISE CHARGES" !!!

The office staff were very friendly. The office is very modern. Just had a gum graft procedure today and Dr. Daley was able to get it done in under an hour. Has a good amount of experience and is honest when it comes to different options regarding the surgery. I felt at ease that my mouth was being worked on by one of the best. I opted to be awake and while my mouth was very sore after leaving i felt better after taking the dosage of ibuprofen that the doctor recommended. Thank you Dr. Daley! Would definetely recommend if needing periodontal work.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Daley and his staff!! They are all so nice and so professional. I had a surgical procedure done on a Friday and Dr Daley personally called me on Saturday to check on me!! I highly recommend him!!

Everyone who works at Dr. Daley's office (including Dr. Daley himself) is very friendly and helpful. In spite of my anxiety about having major dental work performed, the folks at Middle Tennessee Periodontics really put me at ease and helped me relax. Each appointment I had scheduled was on time. At one follow-up appointment, I asked Dr. Daley if it was okay to have my teeth cleaned at my regular dentist. He said it was fine and then told me I could have my teeth cleaned at his office, something I didn't know. What's more, I could have my teeth cleaned in an hour. It was convenient so I did. My dental hygienist was Miss Bambi. She gave me the BEST cleaning I have ever experienced with no discomfort at all. Pam Miller
