I am a native of Idaho, having been born and raised in Idaho Falls. I graduated from Ricks College (now BYU Idaho) in Rexburg and then attended Weber State University in Ogden, UT and Idaho State University in Pocatello before attending dental school in Portland, OR. I graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1998 with a DMD degree. I then attended a one-year postgraduate training program called Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) with the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. I spent an additional three years as a dentist in the U.S. Army in Germany. I moved to Nampa in 2002. My wife and I have four children.
I believe that with proper care and motivation, people can have healthy smiles with teeth that will function for a lifetime. I love children and I make sure that kids have a great dental experience in our office. I can empathize with patients that are fearful about dental visits, so we provide music, videos, nitrous oxide, and sedation to anxious patients. I also have hospital privileges at St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa. Some patients prefer that their dental treatment be performed in the hospital operating room under general anesthesia.
I recognize the necessity of staying current with technology. I have attended over 1,000 hours of continuing education since graduation from dental school. It is exciting to see how new technologies have provided a higher level of care and comfort for patients. My expertise covers a full scope of dentistry, including: cosmetic procedures, orthodontics, simple tooth removal & wisdom tooth removal, root canals, placement of implants, and fabrication of dentures and partial dentures. I can also treat minor facial injures, and TMJ (jaw-joint) disorders, and provide appliances to treat snoring and sleep apnea.
Dr. Randall F. Glenn graduated from Oregon Health & Sciences University with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2003. After graduation, Dr. Glenn entered an associateship where he received advanced training in oral surgery, root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry and implants. He is always taking continuing education courses which include implants, sedation dentistry, and childrens dentistry to just name a few.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Idaho State Dental Association, and the Southwest Idaho Dental Society. Dr. Glenn has been privileged to serve as the Secretary of the Southwest Idaho Dental Society and has served as Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Clackamas County Dental Society. Dr. Glenn has also served as a Trustee on the Oregon Dental Associations Board of Trustees and as a delegate to the ODAs House of Delegates. Dr. Glenn has served on The Committee of Salable Materials for the American Dental Association. Through his membership in the NW PRECEDENT clinical research team, Dr. Glenn was on the faculty of Oregon Health & Sciences University and the University of Washington.
Dr. Glenn is an Eagle Scout and has served in various leadership positions in the Boy Scouts of America, including as a Scoutmaster. He received his bachelors degrees in Biology and Science from Portland State University where his emphasis was in physiology. Dr. Glenn loves to spend time with his wife, Brook, and their six children: Parker, Abrianna, Autumn, Peyton, Paxton, and Avery

We went in with an emergency extraction and they were able to get us in the same day on a Saturday. They were very nice and accommodating the whole time. Thanks for taking care of us during our emergency.

I have been to several dentists throughout my life. The last couple of years, I started going to Middle Creek Dental for my dental work. Shaun Christensen (my dentist) is the kindest, most caring dentist I have ever had. I recently had a broken tooth and Shaun went the extra mile to help me get it fixed. I have always been self-conscious about my teeth. My teeth look better than they ever have. I highly recommend Shaun Christensen and Middle Creek Dental.

UPDATE: I was called personally by Dr. Christianson. He apologized for the way my family was handled. The personal phone call was a sincere display of character. Hope to reschedule. Had an awful experience. Scheduled appointments for my 3 girls and me. Received a message to confirm appointment either by phone call or text. Texted my confirmation. Received text back to confirm appointment. I confirmed again. Received a 3rd text morning of appointment and confirmed again. They claim they did not understand that I was confirming me as well as my girls and canceled my appointments. I hope this helps current and future clients.

Just had my " spring cleaning" and it's always a pleasure and that's not easy to say when you go to the dentist. Dr Christensen and Dr Crank are the best, always straightforward and fun to talk to. The staff is the best there is! So glad I found them years ago! Chuck Robinson

I was new to this Dentist due to an emergency extraction. They got me in the next day. The Dentist was very kind and gentle, he was also quick and concerned about my pain & comfort. I made an appointment for a cleaning and check up before I left. I was very pleased and will be visiting them on a regular basis.

Awesome service and they're open on Saturdays. Can't beat that! I've had a couple regular cleanings and a filling done there so far and they've done great every time. Dr. Crank is extremely thorough and is quite the character. 5/5 - would recommend to a friend or a stranger standing in line near me at Albertsons!

I've subbed at middle creek and also am currently now being my family to middle creek. They allowed me to bring my kiddos as I got my teeth cleaned . (Ahhh) right ? But it was quick and fun and Dr Christensen was gentle with my 2 1/2 yr old Happy visit . He also Helped me with my broken retainer quickly that same day . Thanks Dr ! Can't wait for my husband to get in and cleaned :)
