Just got off the phone with the most horrid person. She was yelling at us right from the getgo , wouldn't accept any request from us, I am not sure why she even answered the phone if we are not allowed to make an appointment. At least they saved us the 30 mile trip.

One of the people at the front desk doesn't know what day of the week it is. They're gonna make you waste your gas and all you're gonna get is a sorry so you might want to confirm your date before you go. I called on the 29th they told me my appointment was tomorrow which means the 30th but then when I get there it's not.

No experience here just one star because they don't except the state medical card which is very disturbing so many people could be in so much pain and they don't even care

These people gladly took me in last minute when I was in soooo much pain and needed help with my wisdoms and everywhere else is booked up and didn't seem to care! They genuinely cared for me and made sure I was taken care of!

Dr Kelli and her staff are always kind and pleasant to deal with. The girls in the office always keep appointments on time and are polite and professional. Dr Kelli always explains the procedure and options clearly so I understand what to expect. She also takes the time and care to be gentle. From basic cleanings to wisdom teeth removal I have always left knowing I received the best care possible. I would recommend MidAmerica Dental Wellness to anyone needing dental assistance. The hygienists are very kind and friendly. Dr. Kelli is awesome! She has taken great care of my kids and me over the years. The office staff is always helpful and kind too.

MidAmerica Dental provides the most up to date services available. I revently had to have a crown installed to replace a broken tooth. I watched as my dentist shaped the crown using 3D cad technology and the crown was made and installed in less than an hour. It was a perfect fit. From office staff to medical providers, I give MidAmerica 5 stars on th 5 star scale.

This place gets you in pretty quickly and very honest with you. I had multiple different options on what I could do and they broke them all down for me. I didn't feel like I HAD to do anything. I've been going here for nearly 4 years now
