Mid Wilshire Dentistry is a Los Angeles based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. DR. MARK LASKADoctor of Dental SurgeryDr. Mark Laska attended UCLA. for his undergraduate studies and graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 1970, and has been in private practice in Los Angeles since that time.

He has based his practice on preventative dentistry and cosmetic care, while using the latest technology, such as digital x-rays, veneers, porcelain inlays and crowns and soft tissue laser. Recently, he expanded his practice to include specialty dentists - orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and oral surgery.

This has allowed the practice to stay abreast of the newest techniques, such as implants, and Invisalign (a clear alternative to braces) and to offer most dental procedures in one location. This method of care provides a more inclusive environment for the patients dental needs.

Dr. Laska has been the team dentist for the Los Angeles Clippers basketball team since 1987. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Los Angeles Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Sports Dentistry and The Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorder Discipline.

Dr Joo received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry Honors and Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery in 2009 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, one of the top rated schools in the country. She practices the full scope of cosmetic, restorative and general dentistry, and expands her expertise by staying involved in continuing education. This allows her to keep current with today's techniques, materials and technology, and to offer the highest quality of care based on the individual needs and wants of her patients. Her advanced training includes Invisalign certification and experience with CAD/CAM technology.

Experienced Dentist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Patient Management, Servant Leadership, Technology Integration, CAD/CAM, and Leadership Mentoring. Strong healthcare services professional graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentsitry.

Dr. Esther Abraham was accepted into the Accelerated Dental Acceptance Program Tract (A.D.A.P.T.) at the University of Southern California in 1989 and made the deans list every year as an undergraduate.

In 1995, she graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and now has over 10 years experience in all aspects of general dentistry. Her calm nature and gentle touch are the trademarks of her professionalism. Dr. Abraham believes in treating others as she would her own family and strives to do so with each patient she cares for.

Daniel Teboul, DDS went to dental school in Paris and then continued his education in periodontics at the University of Southern California. In practice since 1998, he has published information on Gingival Recessions in the Journal of the California Society of Periodontists. In addition, he is a member of Alpha Omega.

Darren Smolkin, DDS received his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from McGill University and completed his graduate training in endodontics (root canal therapy) from the University of Southern California in 1997.

His goal is to provide the highest quality of pain-free dental treatment. Dr. Smolkin uses the latest in technology to perform root canal therapy that allows treatment to be more predictable and completed in less time.

BARBARA KRUSZELNICKIBarbara has been in dental field for 12 years. She graduated from West Coast University with Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Fluent in Polish, her passion lies in advising and encouraging patients to see the dentist regularly and in emphasizing the importance of oral hygiene.

One of her best traits is being very considerate to each patient's needs. She has been awarded with Golden Scaler Award as a dental professional that demonstrates exceptional talents and skills. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and trying new food. Her hygiene saying is: You don't have to floss all of your teeth... just the ones you want to keep! :-)

GOLNAZ GOLZARIMy name is Golnaz and I graduated from Cal State University of Northridge with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and West Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. As my patient, you can expect me to put your comfort and concern first.

NANA BUNYATOVAMy name is Nana Bunyatova and Ive been working in the dental field since 1991. I started as an RDA and then graduated in 2002 from the Dental Hygiene Program at UCSF with Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Providing the best care to my patients is my motivation to see amazing results in improving their dental condition. On my free time I enjoy spending time with family, reading and visiting the happiest place on earth Disneyland.
