I am very pleased with everything and with the staff that participated in my services. My initial experience was very nice. I sat down and chatted with the front desk. She was very pleasant and extreamly knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. Then I was introduced to Dr.Claudette Carrion. One of the nicest Doctors I've met in over 30 years. Never condescending or arrogant. Very down to earth and focused on the things I wanted, not pushy and short with me; I loved that. She's a good Doctor. Then there is Shawn the everything girl that was just as pleasant and kind as a person would expect. She and Dr. Carrion worked very well together and were the most professional team I've experienced. It got the impression that everyone worked well together.. that is the first thing I look for in an environment such as this...Very nice place! I started treatment right away because I was impressed right away. Thanks to all involved directly and indirectly. Two thumbs up!!

I haven't exactly had good experiences with dentists so because the reviews were excellent and their office just a mile away I thought I would give them a try. Each person I met was very caring as well as being well qualified with their responsibilities which caused me to be less apprehensive and started to relax. I made a future appointment to put my teeth in their hands.

Please avoid this dentistry at all costs! I had an appointment scheduled to get a cleaning and they told me they don't do cleanings on first time patients on the 1st visit and that I would have to make another appointment separate from this "consultation" which was almost a 2 hour long appointment. In addition to this, they refused to do a regular teeth cleaning for me because they wanted me to pay over $600 for a deep cleaning. I told them I did not want that and wanted a regular cleaning and they said they would not do it because it was "unethical". What a SCAM! So I told them unless I pay over $600 for this deep cleaning you won't do a regular one and they said yes. This is the biggest joke I have ever heard! I was so disappointed in this office and they obviously only want to rip off their patients. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this dental office or any of the Mid TN offices. You will save yourself so much time and money in the long run!

Super nice and really helpful. It was my first time going there and even though the dentist isn't the most fun place to go they still did a great job at cleaning my teeth and fixing other problems I didn't realize I had. They also give oral cancer screenings which I never had done before at my other dentistries

Quick, efficient and so nice! The front desk staff, the hygienists and Dr. Carrion are all friendly and welcoming! I needed to see someone before the weekend for tooth pain and they were able to get me in quick, took multiple x-rays and did a thorough job to ensure I would have relief for the weekend! Thank you!

I had the very best experience with Lori from the time she greeted me until I got in her chair. We chatted just like we were best friends. She is truly a blessing and big asset to this dental office. Can't wait to come back and see her in 6 months!!

This place changed the way I look at dental appointments, I've always had a lot of trouble with my teeth from a young age due to over crowding in my tiny mouth. It was just plain stressful and these ppl took the time to explain what they were going to do and how much the cost would be up front! Love Mid TN/Cedar Grove you guys have been amazing! Thanks for taking such good care of your patients.

I had a very good my cleaning today with Laurie. Dr Maggie is amazing and Ana always very informative. My teeth feel amazing. Perfect experience.
