Dr. Dustin Simpson maintains a patient-centered philosophy, which affirms that every patient deserves special and individualized care to meet their dental needs and goals. This patient-focused approach to oral wellness involves listening to each individual patient, responding with honesty and providing excellent dental care.
Dr. Simpson was born and raised in the Metro East. He went to college at Webster University in St. Louis, MO where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduating college, he attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL. There Dr. Simpson earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
In addition to his degree, Dr. Simpson is a member of the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society. Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Simpson enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active in the community, and playing golf.

First time patient, I needed a cleaning but also needed to get in somewhere asap because my bonded retainer had come lose. They were able to get me in the day after I called to fix my retainer. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Crenshaw and Becky did a fantastic job. The office overall is welcoming and professional and they had me out of there in 20 minutes! Great experience.

AVOID MID RIVERS DENTAL GROUP BY ST. PETERS ELEMENTARY. First there's fraudulent billing for stuff you turn down and/or they know your insurance doesn't cover. Office manager Becky says they're not supposed to file insurance claims the patients should. Don't see the need for an office manager then. When I called to resolve this matter she yelled at me and gave me attitude, refused to listen and answer questions or let me speak to her boss who I had an appointment to speak with. She made threats to me. She couldn't comprehend that patients paying for a service are what pay her salary. Then I found out dr. Crenshaw likes to bad mouth and tell lies about his patients and their parents behind their backs, and they wonder why I insist on being in the room with my children. This is slander and discrimination, blacklisting is still illegal and it's an ethics violation with the ADA and state dental board. I've submitted a complaint to the BBB, this dental group already has a grade F and I'm lodging a complaint with the state dental board and ADA. I just want to spare other innocent souls who may be looking for a dentist of having to go through this .

Mid Rivers Dental Group was Great! From the time I was checked in to the time I walked out the door everyone was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They explained everything they were going to do from the X-rays to when the Doctor came in to check my teeth after my cleaning! The office was bright, welcoming and very clean! The amount of Professionalism the entire staff had was very refreshing and made from an extremely pleasant experience! I have definitely found my new dentist!

The interior design and function was completely redone and looks so modern and nice. The dentists and staff are very helpful and efficient. I am very impressed with the entire operation

I had a pretty big dental emergency and they were able to get me in quick as a new patient. Like many people, I am terrified of going to the dentist. I think anyone could tell I was nervous. Everyone was very friendly and helped relax my nerves a lot. Unlike my previous dentist, they took the time to explain what I had going on and discussed the best treatment plan.
