Needed a tooth extracted. Dr was very personable and caring. Very easy to work with.They were also very willing to help with a very quick schedule. I had been told by other oral surgery offices locally that it would take any where from 8 to 12 weeks or up to 9 months to schedule an appt. I called Mid Penn and it was only 2 weeks. Price was reasonable too.

Outstanding Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center office. Dr. Donald Dinella is fantastic! He listens to your concerns and takes to time to explain everything to you prior to the procedure and calms your nerves. Great engaging personality! His team is Outstanding as well. Marla & Lynann greet you with a smile and assist you with all the paperwork. Stacey, Kristin, and Doyae take care of you in the procedure rooms. They are all professional and knowledgeable and have such Great upbeat personalities. Thank You!!!

Dr.Dinello and his team pulled one of my wisdom teeth and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend coming here. Not only is the price reasonable, but Dr.Dinello was incredibly kind and professional.

I have worked across the street for 13 plus years and never needed to see an oral surgeon (thankfully). I actually started seeing them for Botox in my masseter muscles for grinding my teeth. Who would know those muscle better than an oral surgeon right? It was an excellent choice! The surgeon is so upbeat and personable and actually takes the time to listen. Used half the amount of Botox, which saved me quite a bit and gave me the same results. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Today the assistant that make the impression for my mouth guard was seriously awesome. I'm horrible with names, so I don't remember hers. Any dental procedure is anxiety provoking for me since I was a child. She told me exactly what to expect, no sugar coating, which was nice and it was much better than what I thought was going to happen. Then, when it was over, (super short timing truly less than a minute) she even had me laughing! This office is great from the minute you walk in to when you leave! It's so difficult, especially now, to find people in healthcare that actually care ... but you will find that here! Keep being positive upbeat and happy because you all are awesome! There are those of us out there that appreciate you and need that happiness and caring more than you know! Thank you all for being so great!

These people are great! Very-friendly and accommodating front desk staff, super easy to work with and as a cash-pay customer their prices were much better than all other nearby oral surgeons. Would recommend for sure and will be using them for any other needs in the future! Also, the physician was super talented, quick and throughout the procedure he talked to me, checked on my pain level and made jokes to keep me relaxed. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you all so much!!

This was a great experience. All the staff was very helpful and professional. Doctor Rajchel was very professional and explained everything before, during, and after the procedure. I would recommend Mid-Penn to anybody and everybody .

There are other similar practices close by that do standard/uncomplicated single tooth extractions for half the fee which great for those of us which are self pay!

Great experience! The doctor is great and I loved the staff as well! Autumn I believe is her name (front desk) was extremely helpful since day one, over the phone and in person. Fast schedules, no complaints at all, happy I choose this facility to do my first time oral surgery!

They are very friendly and even checked up the following day after having my Wisdom teeth removed. The surgery itself was painless and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Rajchel to anyone. He is top notch at his trade.

Great doctor and friendly staff experience was nothing like some of the other reviewers. Doctor was able to get me in on short notice for an emergency Extraction That regular dentist had attempted and failed. Simple procedure no complications What more can you ask for. I guess some people really need pampering

This is the 2nd time our family has used this facility and trust me, our experience BOTH times was nothing like the other 2 reviewers. THEIR "concerns" (and it's revealed inside the 1st reviewer's own comments ARE ADDRESSED PRE-OP AT THE INITIAL CONSULT WHICH IS WHERE EVERYTHING IS TOLD UP FRONT INCLUDING THE COST AND OPTIONS AS WELL AS THE FACT AND THERE ARE SIGNS AS YOU COME IN THE DOOR THAT NO FOOD/DRINK ALLOWED ON SITE)...the patient's accompanying driver is to REMAIN through out the procedure and this is understood. There is a water fountain and very clean restroom with faucet on site so where one thinks this should be a barista like Starbucks is beyond me. Obama care NO of course not but with the "entitlement" society attitude, one can see how Obama got elected in 2008 and so on & so forth. We rate Dr. Rajchel, Autumn and the entire staff with 10 STARS if possible because they are kind, compassionate and even accept our dental DISCOUNT plan which MOST dentists are too greedy to consider. They even helped us out very professionally in a related matter with EXPERT testimony. I have the utmost respect and gratitude towards their practice.
