Went for a consultation and as other reviewers have said the service was lacking. Every business is there to make money but if I am going to spend I would like to feel like I am getting good value. I was charged $200 plus for a 10 minute consultation where no new information was explained to me. When I asked if the doctor recommended local or general anesthesia, she said it depended on my anxiety level. That may be a normal term in their world but to me it was an odd question. Not sure about their work as I will not being going with their services

Staff was great. I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out but everything turned out good. The procedure was so fast. Thanks a lot for everything.

Had the worst experience here to get 1 tooth taken out. The customer service was terrible. Extremely rude front desk staff and extremely rude Dentist. Very disappointed and very unprofessional place. I highly recommend you steer clear of this place.

What a pleasant experience. Dr. Nawal and Denise are so awesome. They made the whole procedure painless and enjoyable actually (as enjoyable as dental work can be ). I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Dr. Nawal and Denise!

Awesome dentist!! I was in and out within twenty minutes and they pulled the tooth out in five minutes once I was all numbed up and good to go. Communicative, informative and clear instructions to follow The front desk people were great to. I talked with Morgan and she was great. She helped me get all necessary paperwork I needed and answered all the questions I had. All and all great dentists, Nurses and receptionists! Definitly going back here for future dental needs

I'm sorry we didn't go with a different practice. Dr. Nawab was rude to my daughter and made her cry while being sedated..because she was anxious. They have no payment plan so you have to pay everything up front. Surgery day consisted of getting you in and out quickly. Never saw the Dr or consulted before after surgery. Worst patient care. I would absolutely not recommend this unprofessional practice.

Great experience!! I was scheduled for a tooth extraction 3 days after my first contact by phone. On line patient registration was quite easy and pre-surgical instructions were provided. Dr. Nawab discussed my concerns and answered my questions prior to the procedure. She explained what she was going to do each step of the way, including what I may hear during the extraction and I felt absolutely zero pain. Excellent after procedure instruction was given and explained clearly. I have to attribute the skill of Dr. Nawab and the recovery instructions to be the reason I had miniscule swelling and discomfort. On the scale 1 to 10 pain level was a 2, only needed Tylenol. Due to insurance issues and the local providers, I travelled from Cumberland, MD and will do it again if the need arises.

I have gone here three times in my life. Twice for the braces process where I had to get four baby teeth pulled and then four permanent teeth pulled. I dont remember it being pleasant and I do remember being in pain for days. I just recently went a few months ago to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was dreading it. I must say that from the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the follow up phone call after they had been pulled, everything was great! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had Dr. Nawab and she is the best! While I was sent for all three wisdom teeth to be pulled, she recommended to do two since my bottom one was very under developed and close to the nerve. I was terrified the day of the surgery. I was so scared bewteen feeling something especially in the one top tooth that wasnt visible yet and was also freaking out about what kind of pain I was going to be in for the next few days. I did not experience any of that! She did her best to calm me down but I was definitely freaking out during the procedure lol. But I never felt anything and never had any pain for those next few days. I had some uncomfortable swelling at times sure but nothing terrible which I am so thankful for! Bottom line, once I am told by my dentist that my final wisdom tooth is ready to be pulled, I sure hope Dr. Nawab is able to do it! This time I am confident enough that I won't need the laughing gas lol.

My daughter just went in today for her follow up after having all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. When she went in she was running a fever and would not let her to be examined because of COVID 19. What is the point of having a follow up if the patient is running a fever that might be due to an infection if you don't check it out. So disappointed! Smh You need to close if this is the case

Called last wk to make an appt for my husband to have a tooth pulled. He has been in pain with it for a few months and no one was open for him to have it pulled. When I called last wk the lady set up an appt right away. It was for this morning. I first want to say, my husband is from el salvador, has never had an experience with getting teeth pulled here. Ge was in and out so fast. On the way home he said "the ladies there know what they're doing and they were so sweet with me". He has been sleeping most the day and just woke up again and first thing he says is "the three ladies who pulled my tooth really know how to do their job. Two ladies stood holding my head and the dentist pulled the tooth. They were really sweet with me and told me what they were doing the whole time". When I left Carlos in the room with them the dentist said "we will take good care of him", and I'm happy to report that they did just that. Everything with this office ran so smooth, from sitting up the appt, to check in/out, and everything in between. I highly recommend this place and would send any friend or family to them.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. The office was very professional and efficient, and made sure to explain everything very well. My daughter's recovery was relatively quick, with great pain management (appreciated the alternative to the use of narcotics in my teenager!), and with just a minimum of swelling and bruising. Great experience. My daughter is thankful this only had to happen once, but would definitely recommend Mid Maryland.
