Dr. Renata Prose is a general dentist that is proud to be a part of the McPherson community. Renata is a native Kansan and met her husband, Paul, at McPherson College. After graduating college in 2002 with a degree in Biology, she went on to graduate from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Prose practiced general dentistry in Ohio, followed by Colorado prior to returning to Kansas in 2010. Renata and Paul have three children and feel blessed to be able to raise them in such a wonderful area.

Dr. Prose joined Dr. Penner and the Mid Kansas Dental team in 2011. She purchased the practice from Dr. Penner in 2017 after he had enjoyed 40 years of dental service in the practice. Dr. Prose is a member of the Kansas Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the International Association for Orthodontics.

Dr. Brandon Mendez is originally from Pittsburg, Kansas. He and his wife, Scarlet, have four young children and are excited to call McPherson home. Dr. Mendez attended dental school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and graduated in 2014. He continued his dental education with a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency with the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was then assigned to Fort Riley, Kansas where he spent two years as the Dentist of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team and two years as a Dentist for the Fort Riley garrison. After his time in the Army, he returned to the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry to pursue an additional year of surgical and sedation training as the Surgical Specialties Fellow.

Mandy has been a Dental Assistant inour office since 2003. Mandyprimarily assists Dr. Prose andenjoystaking care of our patients and visiting with them. In her spare time, Mandy loves to camp and spend time with her family.

Caitlin is a Registered Dental Hygienist and joined our practice in 2013, right after graduating from Wichita State University. She really enjoys getting to know our patients and educating them on excellent oral health care.In her spare time,Caitlin likes tobe with her family and spend time outdoors.

Jodi is our Insurance/Collections Coordinator and has been with the practice since 2004. She enjoys visiting withthe patients and helping them with their insurance needs. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children's activities, spending time with her family, and cooking/baking.

Tasha is a Registered Dental Hygienist graduating from Wichita State University, and has been with the practice since 2004. She loves getting to knowthe patients and treats them like family. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, work in her yard, and watch movies with her family.

Leslee joined our practice as Office Manager in 2013. She really enjoys visiting withthe patients and working with such a great group of people. In her spare time, Leslee loves watching her kids at their various sporting and music events, baking, andspending time with her family.

Katelynn joined our practice in 2017 as a Dental Assistant. Katelynn loves visiting with the patients, and getting to know them. In her free time, Katelynn enjoys spending time with her family, doing crafts, and fishing and camping with her family and friends.

Madi joined our practice in 2020 as a Dental Assistant. Madi enjoys taking care of patients, and primarily assists Dr. Mendez. Her hobbies include coaching cheer and spending time with her family outdoors.

Rachel joined our practice in 2020, and works as a receptionist and dental assistant. Rachel is super friendly and outgoing, and enjoys chatting with our patients. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, yardwork, and reading.

Kayley joined our practice in 2021 as a Registered Dental Hygienist aftergraduatingfrom Wichita State University. Kayley is excited to start working as a dental hygienist and getting to know our patients! In her free-time, Kayley loves spending time with her husband and their adorable dog Rooney!

Christel joined our practice in 2021 as a Dental Assistant. Christel has worked in nursing for many years, and truly enjoys patient care and comfort. In her free-time, Christel enjoys hanging out with her family and traveling!
