I ADORE Dr. Sharma, and the office staff has always been very sweet. Dr. Sharma is an AMAZING, professional dentist who truly cares and he is the kind of doctor who will personally follow up. I had a tooth infection that spread into my jaw, and he personally called me several times to make sure the antibiotics were working as expected. He IS a wonderful gentle dentist- if you need dental care, he is THE GUY to trust.

I had to change my review. The service here is horrendous. I have been waiting since November 2nd, 2021 and cannot get anything done. They don't like answering the phones, when you do get them, they say ok, ok, but still do nothing. Not once have they returned my calls. When you go in? The young lady at the front desk, talks you to death, but isn't helpful. I honestly feel she's there to throw you off, from getting them to actually do any work here. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again! WoW!

Office staff where very welcoming. I went with my father who needed to get some work done and they where very professional. The office Manager went above and beyond to make sure my father insurance would approve his work. She was so nice and professional definitely recommend if you guys need some work done in your teeth.

Find another practice in order to receive Dental services with professionalism and respect for the consumer!!! If you are seeking services from a practice that delivers services with both knowledge and compassion this is not the place!!! Your practice is only as good as your support staff assists you in the reputation of your practice, The support staff lacks professionalism and proper knowledge of insurance policies. They also fail to properly follow up with patients and engagement with insurance companies. I went to this practice to obtain services however what I was left with was nothing. After approximately three weeks of no follow up and leaving messages for someone to call me back to let me know what was happening I decided to contact the insurance company in order to follow up. Perhaps the insurance company was dragging their feet with processing claims. Well that is not the case. The insurance company provided me with the one date a claim was submitted and payment total. After obtaining this information I decided to try and call the office again in hopes of speaking to someone to follow up. However, after being placed on hold for fifteen minutes I was hung up on. I proceeded to call back again only to be received by a unprofessional hostile office manager. She did not attempt to resolve the matter however she proceeded to tell me that I should call the insurance company back until someone provided me with the answer that I wanted. Somehow that does not seem like the appropriate response. When asked if that is the way she addresses patients she indicated that was the way she responded to me because I was supposed to call her first. After informing her that I have left several messages precisely three during the week no one returned my call. I asked to speak to someone in a higher position who can help me she stated that it was to bad because she is the only person whom I can speak to. I went to the office to speak to the doctor and inform him of the poor communication skills this ignorant woman proceeded to have with me. While he listened to my exchange with another technician at his side he really didn't seem at all interested in rectifying the situation. He listened just to appease me however no resolution was offered. Therefore, I contacted another facility to give them my business seeing as how this facility was not interested. At the other practice I was provided with courtesy and proper directions as to how to follow up with insurance company. Now that is the way in which a consumer is addressed and questions answered. DO NOT SEEK SERVICES FROM THIS PRACTICE BOTTOM LINE END OF STORY!!!!!
