They billed me $333.60 for general teeth cleaning, and told me I need to pay out of my pocket for half because my insurance only covers half of everything which I did pay at the counter. This is crazy over priced for teeth cleaning (my experiences with teeth cleaning were usually around 100), and I was really confused on the bill. So I called my insurance today, they told me my plan covers everything on the bill, and the clinic should not charge me anything else. The place is scamming people's money! I'm reporting this to my insurance and other related authorities.

I like this place! Everyone was very professional from the front desk to the assistant. I liked that they had Covid-19 precautions. I got in and out fast service and Dr Duvall was great he's very knowledgeable! I definitely will be back in 6 months for my next check up!

I had a positive experience at Mid City Dental. Everyone was very pleasant and kind even at the end of the day. Tracy was great and Dr. Duvall was humorous and professional. I was in and out quickly. I will be returning.

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Trying to get more patients but cant handle and treat them well. Visited them couple of times and the issue was not resolved and still cant eat properly. Waste of time

Hi, I have come here for years and that throughly enjoyed supporting a local business within St. Louis city. With that said it saddens me to write this feedback because my latest experience was not positive. The dental hygienist and Dentist are always great and I have no complaints. However, when it comes to the front desk administrative staff there is some room for improvement in regards to the level of service provide and the tone used with clients. Over I'll give MidCity Dental 3/5 stars since it is one area in particular

Worst dentist ever. Poor communication skills. Set up a big plan for a bridge that was scheduled 3months out. didnt communicate a process needed before hand while waiting

The dentist and dental hygienist are amazing it's those who work at the front desk for me so unprofessional and rude and don't know what's going on with any of the patients scheduling patients appointments at the same time it's just horrible never again my appointment was at 10:00 along with two other patients
