I have received bills for over a thousand dollars for services received a year ago. The insurance company made repeated requests for information and were ignored. I called the number on the bill 3 times, left a message all 3 times, no response. The bills come from 2 different states. I wrote to both multiple times, again no response. Today I called the corporate office. No response. I fear the bill may be a scam. The service received was very poor. Stay away from these clowns at all costs.

Perfect Teeth is a scumbag operation. Dentist does bad work and never answers the phone. They continue to overbill even after the insurance shows proof that they paid the full claim. That's Dr Patricia Bratulescu,DDS Avoid these people like the plague Denver, Co

Mid-atlantic should be reported to the American Dentistry Association and the District Attorney. They own the practice where I go and the company, not the dentistry, is charging a $10 fee out of pocket for every time you enter the office because of COVID cleaning. Most people are vaccinated and your temperature is taken but they continue to illegally charge the fee. Not one Dr's office or hospital practices this unethical behavior. I will be looking for a practice that is not owned by a corporation. They are thieves.

The worst. They purchased my old dental practice, Merritt Mill Dental, recently. I have not been to Merritt Mill in over 18 months. I always paid my bill in full when I finished my appointment. Mid Atlantic Dental via Merritt Mill keeps sending me fraudulent bills for $237 saying my Account is past due. The office at Merritt Mill verified that I paid all my bills when I checked out of each appointment. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud.

Mid Atlantic Dental Partners purchased my dentist practice, Cambridge Family Smiles some time in 2018 - 2019. Dr Carlson was a great dentist; however the billing practice performed by the office staff and Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners corporate office has been nothing but a nightmare. I paid all of my bills after each visit. When the practice closed during the pandemic in March of 2020, and when the office reopened, I advised Tina at the office that I had received bills for services when the office was closed. How is it possible I could have received services when the office was closed? She advised she would have to get with the corporate office. No resolution!! I have tried working with Tina to bring to resolution since August 2020 with no resolve: All I kept getting were excuses. During my final visit on April 14, 2021, Tina advised that the errors had been corrected. Since the office closed, Mid Atlantic Dental Partners continues to bill me. I pulled every EOB and service paid by me and my carrier along with all of my payment activity 3 times, and they still could not bring to resolution. They are billing me for $443.00 for services not rendered as well as fees above their participating provider contract amount. I have 32 years experience in healthcare operations and regulatory compliance. I understand provider agreements and know how to read and understand Insurance Carrier EOBs. This is beyond ridiculous, poor integrity and unprofessionalism! I will not pay fees for services that were not rendered or charges above the participating contracted rate. That is totally in violation of their participating provider agreement with my carrier. I know better, and I will not be bullied. I am not spending anymore of my time doing their job auditing bills, EOBs and payment activity. I have hard proof and a paper trail that Mid Atlantic Dental, LLC is fraudulently billing. If they turn my bill over to collections, then it's on. I will expose Mid-Atlantic Dental to the News Media, social media outlets as well as sue for damages and ALL Legal fees! No patient should have to go through this experience!

It's unfortunate that I have an issue with one of the dentist offices that is owned by Mid Atlantic and the office will not help me and told me to contact the corporate office. I understand due to covid there could be staffing shortages and minimal hours, regardless there should be someone that is able to contact me and have yet to do so.
