The lady that was getting me was super nice and chatted with me and then turned on the tv for me for my wait. The oral surgeon visited me before the procedure to go over some stuff that would be going on as well as a small risk in one area but was super charismatic so it helped me be less nervous about it. He also told me what to do after wards. Overall it was a really good visit and they had amazing bed side manner.

Planned entire life around oral surgery appointments: vacations, work schedules for me and my spouse, etc. only to have TWO surgeries canceled for other people to replace mine. Had to live with pain, swelling and not being able to eat for months in between the scheduled appointments because my issue was not their priority. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience from the moment entering the office signing in. To get to the medical experience, the assistant was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was great. He explained some concerns with me in regards to my X-ray and my procedure. They started my anasthetic, I remember maybe a minute, then the next thing I knew I woke up, my procedure was over, and I was ushered out. It was a great experience and there was absolutely no pain, and they set me up with medications for the upcoming days. Overall a great experience!

I was looking forward to, but nervous about getting a wisdom tooth pulled. Shortly after being set up in the back I found out that it would be much easier for them to pull two teeth instead of one. This was recommended by the surgeon to avoid a second visit for the same reason. Everyone on the staff was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Everything went smoothly and I was released shortly thereafter. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone is very friendly. They explained the procedure in terms I could understand. They very thoroughly explained all risks. Excellent and prompt surgery!!

Surgery consult was great and informative. My son was well taken care of. The post care instructions being printed out and prescriptions ready to be taken to the pharmacy was organized and great.

Everything went smoothly and my son had no issues. We had issues with the amount of our copay, however. We received an email the week before with our copay amount in the body of the message and a PDF file that was attached with a breakdown. My fault for not looking at the PDF because when we arrived we were told the actual copay was nearly $1000 more. The office manager said that two emails got merged by mistake. Pretty big mistake in my opinion. They did let us pay the original amount and the balance a few weeks later. The nurse who took care of my son was very sweet and took great care with him, as did the doctor. I would recommend to a friend, but caution them to read all the details carefully.
