Dr. William Schiro has done a phenomenal job with my implant. The first appointment was when he removed the molar and added bone graft. The second appointment was when he added more bone graft and placed the implant. Each time, there was no pain, no bleeding, and very little swelling! This is the third implant he has done for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Schiro!

I had 5 teeth removed. Minimal swelling, very little pain. Bill and his staff are awesome. Straight to the point, answer any questions you have. I definitely recommend his practice.

Getting my wisdom teeth out was a lot less painful than I had previously anticipated. The operation was quick and easy and I didn't really have too much trouble with pain afterwards. They did a great job on my teeth!

When I called to schedule my appointment, they took my insurance information and said that they covered it. When I called today to confirm the time of my appointment, they informed me that no one actually checked my insurance and that they do not cover my insurance. Thank you for allowing me to be in pain for this long while I was under the impression that this place actually planned on helping me.

Everyone here was warm and welcoming, they answered any and all questions and made me feel worry free! In the end everything turned out great, besides the fact I have to wait to eat crunchy food for a little while haha. 10/5 stars if I could! Excellent work and excellent professionalism!

Wonderful staff and pleasant attitudes. Atmosphere relaxing. No waiting in reception or in exam room. Dr and hygienist staff are efficient and quick at attending and informing procedures. No pain and follow up was a breeze. Definitely recommend Dr Schiro, staff and facility.

The nursing staff was lovely, the doctor's bedside manner is lacking. The physician felt it necessary to comment on my daughter's physical appearance negatively. Surgery went well. Overall, I would choose to go somewhere else next time.

People tend to only leave reviews if they've had an excellent experience, or a very negative one. My review has nothing to do with the actual care, but their billing department and lack of ethics or morals. Due to their negligence, we overpaid out of pocket by $1,000. My husband is a medically retired service member, and the truth of the matter is we have terrible dental/vision insurance options, for which we pay quite a bit montly for. On top of that, things like wisdom teeth extraction copays are quite high. But what happened, is they billed us $2,000 out of our pocket, and it should have been $1,000. We got our EOB from our insurance and realized they got paid in full from them, and double charged us. This was in December of 2021. We have talked to them weekly for the last few months, and they just won't do anything about it. Nothing but excuses, and now that they have someone new in billing and she was "getting up to speed" on our case, now we hear nothing. Several voice mails for weeks, and they never call us back. I think it's time to get a lawyer involved.

I'd give negative stars if I could. I over paid for a procedure for my son by $1,000. They said it was to cover any issues with my insurance. I sent them the explanation of benefits, showing them that I over paid. Then, conveniently after months, the billing specialist quits, and they pass me off to someone who has no idea about my case. It's been a month since then. I can't get them to call me back, or answer my calls. $1,000 is a lot of money to my family. They aren't keeping food out of my kids mouth, but it would sure be helpful with the bills. The fact that they can't even talk to me is what upsets me the most.

Don't remember most of it, but getting my wisdom teeth removes felt quick and painless, and dealing with it afterwards wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. They made it all nice and easy, would go again if I had any issues that would warrant it.

Dr. Shiro and his team are wonderful. Compassionate, professional and expedient. Was pleased with how well the office surgeries have gone and they had very good instructions and supplies for after care. Wouldn't go any where else.

We attempted to use this center to have our son's extra tooth pulled. We were instructed by our insurance company to ask the center to fill out a prior authorization form to cover anesthesia for the procedure. After initially saying they would do this, they called us back and said that they do not fill out these forms. They would not give a reason as to why they would not fill out the form, but said the doctor does not have to do it if he does not want to. They told us that it is just a lot of paperwork and insurance normally does not cover these types of things anyway. We cancelled our appointment and are seeking service at a different facility. Though I understand that it is unlikely our insurance would cover a anesthesia, I do not feel it is appropriate for them to refuse to send over paperwork. I was uncomfortable with their lack of willingness to work with insurance.

Dr Shiro and his staff were very friendly. They let me know what was going to happen and when, as well as what to expect during and after the surgery plus the follow ups. I really recommend their office for any dental surgery needs. They were also on schedule or even ahead of schedule as I had appointments as I showed up early and they still got me in before my appointment time. Was really nice to know that they cared.
