Dr. Mastis focuses on minimally invasive dental techniques, which are achieved with cutting edge technology such as her 14 various lasers complemented by superior magnification with the Digital Surgical Scope.
In order to provide her patients with the latest treatment options, Dr. Mastis strives to continuously stay on top of her field by committing to extensive post-graduate continuing education courses and training. Dr. Mastis has been recognized for these achievements with a Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. She is one of only a very few dentists in the nation (and less than a handful in the State of Michigan) to have achieved Advanced Laser Proficiency Certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Moreover, she has been honored amongst her peers witha Mastership of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, a distiction bestowedon only twenty members to date. This designation recognizes the significant effortsshe has made to achieve a high level of knowledge on lasers in dental science and patient treatment.

I had had my teeth cleaned 2 different times, both times I made sure she understood I have an allergy to anything that ends in "caine" eg. lidocaine, benzocaine. My interest in her office was the Laser Dentistry which she agreed is ideal for me. I had an appointment for yesterday 8/3/22 which I was beyond anxious for, never having this procedure done. Usually I take medication to help relax me and ease my anxiety, this time I was not premedicated. I asked her before she took me back if she was sure she could do this with using numbing, then she starts looking for a new dentist for me. Not once did she ever ask me what kind of reaction do you have ? When I do react I get severe swelling and this is why I premedicate. She told me that she was the only one in the office if something happened. It's strange that every time I been to the office she is alone. After her bizarre behaviour and total lack of professionalism, I highly recommend to think twice before considering the woman as your dentist.

Dr. Mastis is an incredible dentist. She is masterful with people who have hypersensitivity or are nervous. No judgement on whether or not our personal oral hygiene habits are lacking. No one has ever insisted I need additional services. Very practical and professional as well as kind and caring. So far we've never had to pay anything out of pocket for cleaning or annual X-Rays even with our modest dental insurance.

I've avoided fillings for years due to terrible past experiences at dentists. Dr. Mastis was so kind, and understanding. She put my nerves at ease and had a completely painless filling. Best dentist I have ever been to!

I went this week to Michigan Cosmetic and Laser Dentistry for a chipped tooth, a cleaning, and a bleaching service. Wow, my teeth came out great. Dr. Mastis provided fantastic service, she was quick, and she was very honest. I appreciate the great price and no add on sales. This is now my go to dentist.

From the very first phone call to the very end, the staff at Michigan laser cosmetic dentistry we're nothing more than top notch! Everyone was very professional. First I had my teeth done by dental hygienist that was absolutely wonderful and thorough.Secondly I had my teeth whitening and the experience was absolutely fabulous from picking my own movie show to watch during the procedure to the comfortable chair, I came out with the whitest teeth my teeth I've ever been !!! Extremely satisfied. I'm actually having my three children come here! So bottom line if you want the whitest teeth I've ever had and a great teeth cleaning call them now! Jackie P

unprofessional and uncomfortable. Dentist is rude and asks personal questions that have nothing to do with my teeth, I'm on time to every appointment and still have to wait an hour and other people are taken back before me when I showed up first. I have one invisalign tray left and I will NOT be returning!!! ever!

When I first came to Dr. Mastis, I was a nervous wreck! I had just came from a consultation with a different dentist, who said they should just remove my teeth and give me dentures. I was 30 years old. I have always been to the dentist and had work done multiple times, so my teeth were not bad because I just didn't take care of them. I lost 130lbs in a year and had severe vitamin deficiency, which caused my teeth to crumble. Dr. Mastis was professional, understanding, and took the time to fix my smile. I have been one of her patients for years now and I finally have a smile I can once again, be proud of! She takes the extra time to go over everything with you, is affordable and very flexible with appointment scheduling. I'm just so thankful there are still dentists out there who have passion for what they do!

If you plan on purchasing their teeth whitening (through Groupon or any other discount site), beware that they will charge you $100, on TOP of what you already paid, for a mandatory consultation and teeth cleaning, even if you have had your teeth cleaned as recent as 2-3 days prior to the whitening by your regular dentist. This is completely misleading and fraudulent advertising as they don't state that in any of their fine print. So, really, a $130 (as advertised) teeth whitening will cost you $230. When I told them that what they're doing is misleading, Corinne tried to quote me some ambiguous "law" that a dentist must examine you before performing any procedure. I told her that a "teeth cleaning" is not an "examination" and she told me "I'm not going to argue with you." Completely unprofessional.

I had the whitening service performed and the results were beyond expectation and the staff was absolutely amazing. The hygienist was fantastic and certainly one of the most delightful people imaginable. The level of professionalism was extraordinary.
