The dentist and staff are great. The low review is the wait time. My appointment was at 11 and it is 11:57 with a full waiting room with no hope of getting back soon. They need to work on schedule better. This is a constant issue. I realize they get emergencies but scheduled people or peope that had to be rescheduled because they canceled should be a priority. I really do love this place. Just frustrated with the disorganization.

I called and scheduled an appointment in the middle of August for October 3rd. I was actually scheduled for October 5th, a Wednesday at 3:30 PM. They aren't even open past 2 PM on Wednesdays. I called 4 times after hours, days in advance of my appt. and left a message to confirm my appointment. They never got back to me. I then rescheduled for October 17th and asked to tentatively schedule for November 21st because I had a scheduling conflict. I called the day of October 17th to confirm my appointment and I find out they cancelled that appointment. I will not be going to my November 21st appt. and they have lost my interest.

3 years I've been coming here. Wait wait wait, you will wait 1 to 2 hours after arrival for your scheduled appointment before you are seen, always this way. It doesn't matter if it's for a cleaning or dental work, I will not return after today, if you don't have the people available why are you scheduling as if you do?

My 10 yr old was and emergency new patient and they didnt have us waiting long. Once my daughter was numb, dentist came in and pulled her 2 teeth out literally in like 30 seconds. Only thing I wish the dentist would have introduced himself. I've never had a dentist or doctor not introduce theirselves. But he did an amazing job on my daughter and I would recommend family dentistry.

I loved every single experience that I had with them. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly and very much care about your problems and your pain. They pulled all of my teeth at once, let my gums heal and gave me a very beautiful smile that I've had for 20 years now and I am very much appreciative for all that they have done, not just for me, but for all of my children too. They're just amazing and if I could...I'd give them 10 golden stars

I just had the best dental experience of my life with the sweetest, most compassionate hygienist, Trisha, at Michigan City Family Dentistry! She truly is a gem and I plan on seeing her for as long as she is practicing! She is gentle and informative. As a holistic practitioner, I really like to educate my patients and help them take action and control in their health. She took time with me and it was memorable. Thank you!

Incredibly rude staff. Had an appointment at 10:30 and am waiting for hours just for them to call people back early who have appointments for 12:30

I had a tooth that broke and I tried every dentist in Michigan city and none could get me in. Dr A agreed to see me and took care of my problem promptly. I only waited about 15 minutes upon my arrival. I did find their office a little hard to get in touch with but I left a VM And they did call me back

Dr. Creshinda is so nice! She helped me with my impacted wisdom tooth after I had surgery at another dental office. Very kind people working here.

Had my wisdom teeth extracted here and am in excruciating pain. Tried Tylenol and ibuprofen they didn't help. Called the office while crying and was refused a stronger prescription for my pain! Be careful coming here

Got told walk in's we're welcomed. I got there to get told that I would have to make an emergency appointment because they are ready to go home and didn't wanna wait. False advertising.

Worst place to be seen!! The wait is ridiculous. You have a set appointment time and still wait over an hour to be seen for 5-10 minutes. Then your rush out the door. ...

I had to have a tooth removed. During the procedure I asked when it was removed if she would tell me. She than informed me that it was already out! Quickest and most pain-free tooth removal I've ever had. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks Sara Jackson and MC Family Dentistry!
