I had an appt. here last week when I came down with a terrible stomach bug. When I called to reschedule a full day before my appt the receptionist was not happy and said I couldn't be seen again until October 2023! I have a broken tooth! Used to be a fantastic place. Not anymore!

Had an extraction and consult for implant of an old problem molar. Extraction was pain free and fairly quick after the numbing shot. No complaints. Everything was explained well and was not pushy or scary, just very informative.

Dr Asdell and his staff provide top quality care from the front desk to the exit door. Very informative. Very clean. I had no pain. I had a great experience getting my second implant as well as my first. I highly recommend Dr Asdell. Henry D Lyon, DDS, Stevensville, MI

Everyone was very pleasant and explained what I would be going through and Dr Asdell himself called the next day to see how I was doing.

The entire staff of Dr. Asdall was very comforting and professional leading up to my procedure. Dr. Ausdall is highly regarded in his industry and his many years of hands on experience put me at ease. He also took out both of my kids impacted wisdom teeth over the years. My procedure was painless and he called me personally the next day to check on how I was feeling and told him I felt awesome. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Asdell and his staff were patient with my many questions, thorough, and genuinely pleasant to work with. My daughter's procedure went just as planned and Dr. Asdell followed up with me about her recovery the day after her surgery! Highly recommend!

Miscommunication is probably what they are best at. My daughters dentist informed us that her wisdom teeth were coming in so we were referenced to Dr. Asdell's office for her surgery. My daughter called to arrange the appointment and she was told several times that the appointment was to extract her teeth. Her and I both took time off work, me one vacation day, three for her. We went into the appointment day and were then told it was for a consultation. That would have been nice to know upfront. We were given a less than professional explanation by the unpleasant front desk lady. She seems very unpleasant and quite bitter. So we had our consultation and were explained about the financials and insurance, this was what they seemed more focused about. They did not seems too pleased that I mentioned insurance. So we went into the appointment for the actual extraction about a month later. Again greeting unpleasantly by the lovely front desk lady. She is quite good at having an attitude. Once again, we were explained about the financials with the billing person and was told to give the down payment upfront. We then had to fill out a consent form. My daughter was then taken back for the surgery. It didn't take long which was nice. I was brought back to see my daughter and I was then asked again about the financials and if the billing person had talked with me. I found this to be excessive and annoying. We were given some after care paperwork, some gauze of which was not nearly enough. We were told what to do and not do. The actual Dr. came in and talked with us for about 10 seconds. This establishment seems to focus more on how much they are making rather than actual patient care. I was even given a parking garage pass that did not work. I have another daughter that will need her wisdom teeth extracted, I will refuse to come here.

Was nervous going here, however the consultation went smoothly. People working there seemed friendly. No complaints here, I have surgery next month, will update after the surgery if anything changes. So far so good

I may give zero to that place if they allow me. It was the worst dentistry experience I had. I had a split molar tooth and cavity on the wisdom teeth (info: I went there with a referral from South Bend Family dentistry. I had dental insurance from Delta Dental). First of all, you have to wait 3-4 months to get a consultation appointment. During the consultation, they took an X-ray image (although I had one from my referral dentistry who they work with) and asked me to sit in the room. A nurse came and asked the same questions from the form that I filled at the beginning and then wait in a room for more than an hour for Dr. Collins. In the last few minutes finally he came and repeated the same questions that the nurse asked (and also I filled in the form). This procedure was called consultation and they charged me $110. Dr. Collins even didn't give me information about the process he would do, just send me to his financial staff to print out what I need to pay for the treatment. I was very annoyed about their behavior but since my teeth have a serious problem, I decided to continue treatment and I didn't want to wait for 4-5 months again. But when I went there for an appointment, they said they have an appointment slot for three months later and they wanted me to pay the money upfront. The procedure they will to the extraction of my wisdom teeth and split molar tooth. Nothing like a dental implant that may require money upfront. They said this is their policy. But they didn't inform me about their policy at the beginning, they didn't ask for any money upfront for the first appointment, and even the policy forms I filled and signed don't have any of the statement that says I need to pay money to get an appointment. I signed this in their form "You can help by paying upon completion of each visit". This is the first time, I asked for money without getting treatment. They make up rules which are not written anywhere. Don't waste your time and money in there. I think they are fraud.

I called this office to get an appointment, and the first lady that answered the phone was annoyed with my questions so she put me on hold. The next person I spoke with was SO rude, very condescending, ZERO compassion, and I finally just said forget it! I am so disappointed in this practice.

Paid the full amount for the cost of the dental procedure even though I have good dental insurance. They were to file my insurance for me to be reimbursed for that which was covered. Over two months later and numerous calls to this dental office with messages left with the so called billing department, I'm still waiting for reimbursement. This dentist had the reimbursement sent to them from the insurance copany and they were to send it on to me. Why didn't they have the insurance check just sent directly to me? Talk about a run around. My insurance can't even get a response from this office and have filed a complaint. This practice must be cheap or hard up for money.
