Every time you go there you wait 30 minutes to an hour. I get my teeth cleaned every six months. Always new employees . Not very through. Looking for a new dentist.

haven't gone to my appointment yet, but the staff are extremely helpful & friendly! they got me, a new customer, an appointment right away. they accept a variety of insurance, love love love

Dude I'm telling u when I say I hate goin to the dentist I mean that, but this place is so amazing the staff is friendly an the dentist who worked on my teeth was so nice she kept asking me if I was ok THANKS GUYS

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE HIP!! They told me they need $3000 to save my tooth and would do nothing for pain or maintenance in the mean time! Then refused to give me a return to school note because I was upset with the Dentist. How is that ethical or even legal?!? But I bet they charge the state insurance as much as they can and take that much net! I will keep this updated to let you know

I got 2 teeth removed at once and they were so quick, understanding & very professional . I highly recommend. Oh & im thinking of getting a third tooth removed by them

The female dentist here is shady and is only out to get your money, does not care about your appearance or your teeth at all. One of the front desk ladies is very rude and ghetto. The wait time is always an hour and a half or longer before being called.. they're over booking so the dentist is rushing from room to room and not doing quality work.. definitely no NOT recommend this place!!!!

Was referred by a friend to this place-horrible mistake! Went for a cleaning, x-ray machine was broken, staff seemed confused. very painful process. I gave them my insurance info as I was leaving and was told I didn't owe anything for the visit. I never received a bill saying otherwise. 2 YEARS LATER I receive a notice from a collection agency telling me that I owe for services and fees for this visit. Called and spoke to their office/ billing department-was told to call back the next day and they kept saying I was sent a bill, tried several times to call them-no response/ goes to voice mail. Pathetic service and I would never recommend this place.

Went in with my mask on, to make an appointment. My daughter was needing a ride, convenient trip. I was told i couldn't be in the office. And how am I supposed to schedule since you obviously aren't open during the hours you say you are? Also their website shows handicap access but no handicap parking is available in the lot. My daughter had all of her uppers pulled, over two years ago. She still has NO dentures. Terrible service!

It has always been a great experience from this family dental practice. I'm always satisfied with the results for all my dental needs including, cleanings, fillings and ZOOM whitening teeth. I can smile with confidence. Highly recommended place for dental needs.Thank you Team

The staff was friendly great. I got my wisdom tooth pulled felt pain one time after the numbness wore off FACTS. I'm so grateful that I went to a mostly all Female Dentistry. Shout Out to the Females and the Male Staff.

I have been going here for 1.5 years so that's a total of 2 going on 3 cleanings. Multiple appointments since I have kids and our appointments are on different days. Why is it that every single time we show up early for our appointments, they take us back late!? Numerous people who show up after us go back before us. We sit and wait 30 or minutes waiting to go back. I have to go up to the counter to complain a couple times and it still doesn't move the process along. Also, my daughter had a cavity and we had to take her to another dentist office to have it fixed. Once at the other office they found more cavities in between her teeth-this wasn't once, but after 2 appointments here and your dentist didn't catch it! Only good part of this office are the dental assistants or hygienist-they are rockstars.

We were told after being there 1.5hrs that she needed a deep cleaning and we would have to either wait longer to have it completed or reschedule. Why did it take them and hour and half to come to that conclusion? Also the office is dirty and the waiting room is tiny. It was packed in there with people waiting 45mins to be called back.
