Hygienist was great but this is the third time I've had my dentist switched on me at the last second over the past 2 years. I specifically called to confirm my appt time and that I was with Dr. Marilyn 3 days prior to my appointment for this reason. Still ended up seeing someone else. Nothing against another dentist's care but very frustrating that this keeps happening.

I have been going to Dr Marilyn's practice for years. I like the new location. They were able to get me an emergency appointment quickly. When the emergency turned out to be minor, they fixed me up and also worked me in for a great cleaning.

needed immediate care from a weekend broken crown. Dr Bob and his team fit me in and fixed me up on Monday AM. So kind, understanding and quick! Very profesional . Everything was Covid consciene and the office was extremely clean.

It is always tough when the medical provider you have come to know and trust retires. That was the case for me, when my dentist retired just before I was due for my 6 month cleaning and exam. Another dentist acquired the practice records, but the new office was further away, and not convenient. Since I would be starting with someone new anyway, why not look for a practice that would be more conveniently located. We found Michet Dental online, and after reading more about their practice and reviews by patients, I scheduled an appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was very comfortable. From the front desk staff, to my hygienist, Kristin, to Dr. Bob, everyone was very professional and kind.

I love this place very friendly Environment, from the reception to the dentist absolute professionalism beautiful attitudes and a welcoming smile. I would recommend Michet Dental to the world, if you need any work done this is the place the office is very clean and the Doctors are patient and gentle you won't regret it!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bob Michet for ever. So when I moved to Texas from Illinois I was at a great loss as far as dental care was concerned. I am back in Chicago visiting friends and family for the first time since the outset of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. The first person I saw this week was Dr. Bob. It was like visiting an old friend. There are not many people who who start their vacation with a trip to their dentist and I enjoyed every minute. Plus he repaired a lost filling like the skilled professional that he is. Luv the man!

I have been coming here for 35 years. When I got married my husband switched and when it was time for my girls to start seeing a dentist I brought them here. Very friendly people.
