She hung up soon and when I called again, she put the phone on the table and began mocking my accent and laughing in the background. What the receptionist did not know is that I use a captioning service for call so the captioning service recorded all what was being done in the background. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Trachtenberg is wonderful! Her schedule is flexible, the staff is very friendly and the services are wonderful. Very happy with my choice to visit her practice.

avoid at all costs. This doctor is mute or something she doesn't talk to her patients at all and gives no explanation or anything. She filled 2 of my mollars without telling me anything and they've been hurting since then I have cavity in one mollar she said she won't treat it because its not her priority . Like give me an explanation here. The asian assistant is terrible she is just very disrespectful and dishonest. avoid at all costs go spend your money or insurance money somewhere worth it where they commmunicate and value petients.

When I first came in, I was nervous, very low self esteem when I walked in cause I was missing a front tooth. Doctor T took care of me, took my x rays. Her and the assistant showed me color schemes for my crown. And in 2 weeks the fitting was perfect! She def is one of the best dentists in Brooklyn!

For starters, I have UFT dental insurance so this office was a needle in a haystack, but it is a gem in Brooklyn. Her office is immaculate. Clean, cozy, and she follows all COVID-19 protocols. Let's start first with the receptionist, she is welcoming, sweet, and has great energy. She works with my busy schedule to find ways to help me stay on top of my oral hygiene. Next, Dr. Trachtenberg is kind and informative. She is patient and has great energy. She is always smiling and laughing. You can tell she loves being a dentist. She doesn't just tell you things she walks you through it. She has been my general dentist since 2019 and I have seen noticeable improvements with my gums and teeth. I recommend her 10/10.

I love coming here. I've always looked for a consistent dentist and this is it. Dr Trachtenberg is very thorough and explains every step of the way, so there's no surprises. The front desk clerk is always welcoming and so sweet. They try to make this so much easier. I've been with them for about a year and I have no complaints!
