Dentistry became my passion from an initial strong interest in biology and aesthetics, combined with my personality style that enjoys intricate detail and close interpersonal connections with people. I strive to form a strong connection between my patients and myself.
Dr. Michelle Luis, a south Florida native, practices as a general dentist with substantive experience with fillings, crown and bridge, veneers, extractions, dentures, Invisalign, and root canals. She also has expertise with a number of cosmetic procedures to aid patients in looking and feeling their very best, including teeth whitening, and Botox. She holds a Masters degree in Biomedical Science and a Doctorate in Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Luis easily connects with her patients and provides services using a multifactorial approach, involving a clear communication style, the utilization of innovative methods, a gentle approach to the application of services, and a high degree of diligence and professionalism. Dr. Luis is warm and engaging and she is passionate about connecting with her patients in order to create the most comfortable environment to understand and receive treatment. Dr. Luis is a member of American Dental Association (ADA) and the Florida Dental Association (FDA). Dr. Luis lives in Miami Beach and enjoys spending her free time with her family, and friends, practicing yoga, and traveling the world attempting to satisfy her wanderlust.

Dr. Luis provides the service and has the knowledge you're looking for! She patiently sits with you to explain any treatment and is clearly well-versed in her field. Her treatments were painless and she ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. Her staff is lovely and the location is clean and easy to access. I highly recommend her!

I came into the office and I see that the place was clean and the staff was very professional. The added bonus of the office was the modern technology that was so state of the art it looked like future tech fro Star Trek. The dental technician prepared me for a cleaning and also prepared the X-rays for what needed to be done. Dr Luis cleaned and made many months of annoying pain from a lopsided wisdom tooth go away. The remainder of the tooth was cleanly extracted and closed up. Nearly a month later, the joke closed up very nicely like the tooth never existed. Thanks Doc and her team on a job well done!

I had a great experience! I was referred by a friend when I mentioned I was looking for a new dentist. The office is really lovely and the staff were personable and professional. They have the latest tech for taking dental X-rays so it was over really quickly and was much more comfortable. Dr. Luis is really nice and did my cleaning herself as her assistant was off! I also had a cosmetic procedure and Dr. Luis was very thoughtful and listened to my concerns. Super pleased.

10 STARS!! What an unexpectedly AMAZING experience! From the front desk to the dentist's chair, every step of the way was filled with kindness from the whole staff!! I was scared with LOTS of questions & Dr. Luis took her time & assured me I was in good hands but later, I realized I was in GREAT hands! I have highly recommended Sher Dental to my friends. Dr. Luis is an amazing dentist who is professional, caring, thoughtful and willing to work around your budget because she is more concerned about your health and happiness than the almighty dollar, this is incredibly rare in this day and age. Michelle's bedside manner is unsurpassed, she's really cute too which doesn't hurt. I highly recommend her to anyone than wants the best experience possible when having dental work done. The clinic in which she works at is a great place that's extremely clean and professional, all the girls there are also extremely nice, Vanessa the receptionist/office manager and Cat, one of the dental assistants. I am so glad I met Michelle and so happy that she is now my new go to dentist, thank you Michelle for caring so much about what you do and how you do it, keep up the great work!

Dr Michelle Luis is simply amazing. I would recommend her to anyone! She is just so educated in her field and has the best bedside manner as a doctor. Dr. Luis is amazing and highly skilled in her craft. After my procedure she constantly followed up with me to make sure am not experiencing any discomfort. And when I reached out to her with questions she always responded promptly. I am definitely a patient for life. Thank you for making a rather uncomfortable procedure a very pleasant experience.
