Im so happy I found this dentist. If you are afraid of the dentist, look no further. The whole experience is top-notch. Warm, friendly, professional staff, beautiful office, the latest modalities, most gentle dentist. I highly recommend them.

Very frustrating experience with Dr. Farnoush and the receptionist, Robyn. I've been asking for all my digital x-rays/photos/records to be emailed to me for 3 weeks and they're ignoring my request. It's a simple request and very quick and easy to do as my chart is paperless and all digital.

I've got nothing but good things to say. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, world class tech, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Not to mention the amazing job you did on my teeth. Going to the dentist has always been daunting for me, not this time. I'm looking forward to coming back next week for my deep clean.

Full Disclosure, I've never been to this office as a patient. I have talked to them on the phone and the front office lady was professional, polite and friendly. I came across Pat Wright's review and had to counter his negativity. Not only did he post this on here, he posted on Yelp as well. Hopefully other offices research him before considering using him for anything. Patients rely on reviews regarding how they will be treated. No one cares about Mail Chimp

I was extremely unhappy with the way this office manages patients. Trying to schedule should have been my first clue this was going to be a problem, when you can't revive a call back. I had asked if they took my insurance and was told yes only to find out after my exam that they were not contracted. The office manager/wife's response was that what she meant was that they "work with my insurance" and apparently I should have known that meant they were not contracted. I was in the office for over an hour mostly discussing everything but my teeth and again found out their hygienist was on vacation and I could reschedule my teeth cleaning or have the dentist perform It, but It would be another hour more. Thankfully I rescheduled or would have had an over $300 bill. I had to go into the office to receive an itemized statement since no one called me back and to this day have not received a call back after numerous requests.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Olson, Tawnie, and the team! Professional, efficient, organized, excellent customer service, treat you like family, and the nicest people you would ever meet at a dentist's office. I came here after my teeth were botched by another dentist. Bad placed veneers and a potential root canal brought me to Dr. Olson's office for a second opinion. My wife referred me to them and all I have to say is, I should have gone here in the first place. Dr. Olson's consultation was thorough and he never once bashed the work I had done. At the end he explained, "teeth are like a house, why update the kitchen when the house's structure needs work first?" I happily agreed and so began my 1.5 year journey. Invisalign, bone grafting, crown lengthening, temporaries, implants, and final product. It was well worth the journey and Dr. Olson's work is FLAWLESS! Thank you so much to him and the amazing team for their incredible patience and work. I am happy to be a life member at Mark Olson, Modern Dentistry!

I am in town visiting my daughter. I had a broken tooth and Dr. Olson not only saw me on a holiday but totally repaired my tooth. With gentle hands he removed my filling and put a crown on my tooth. The crown was prepared in the office. The color match to my other teeth was perfect. Today, a day later, I have zero pain. I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist!

Mark is by far my most favorite dentist I have ever had. I look forward to having him all up in my grill and that's not just cause he's a total babe. The moment you walk into his state of the art gorgeous office you just know that you are in good hands. His beautiful wife mans the front and his super friendly staff make you feel so comfortable and at ease. His attention to detail and overall artistry is the best I've seen. I live in NYC and I get on a plane to come and see Mark.. no one touches these pearly whites but the tooth ninja himself.

Dr. Olson and his wife Tawny have done an unbelievable job of creating the perfect environment in a dental office. The space is clean and efficient but most importantly they have all the latest dental technology. The coolest being a mini CnC mill that makes your crown while you wait. So no more two to three appointments needed for a new crown. In and out in one hour and thirty minute appointment. The entire staff is super personable. This is certainly a direct result of both Tawny and Dr. Olson as they are both the nicest people. I couldn't be happier and will be come back to them for years to come.

After working for a what I thought was a progressive dentist for over 17 years and needing some updates on my dental work - I did my research and found Dr Mark Olson. Funny enough I found him and his gorgeous wife on Instagram and really appreciate the education he provided with some of his Instagram stories. After further research I made my first appointment. A truly professional dental office with all the bells and whistles. The dental assistant was kind and explained everything taking place - she made me feel comfortable. Dr Olson explained my current dental needs - while not undermining some of my old dental work. I'm looking forward to continuing my cosmetic needs - as well as the functionality the new dental work will provide for years to come. Working in the dental field - I have come to appreciate those who continue their dental education with the best of the best - I believe after my first consultation I can see that Dr Olson truly enjoys crafting smiles - he loves what he does and it shows.
