Dr. Giffords interest in dentistry started at a very early age, allowing her to be accepted as a high school senior into a combined degree program starting at Le Moyne College and continuing at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, she completed a general practice residency at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY. After several years of private practice experience, she purchased the practice of Dr. Arthur Elfenbein, and later moved the practice into her dream office, equipped with the latest technology.

Dr. Gifford is committed to learning the latest techniques for her patients through extensive participation in continuing education. She is a graduate of the renowned Kois Center for Dental Education, focusing on complex treatment planning and creating lifetime smiles for her patients. She also holds Mastership Certification within the World Clinical Laser Institute and offers pain-free laser dentistry for some procedures.

Dr. Gifford is a lifelong resident of Bainbridge and is honored to provide exceptional dental care to a patient base that includes many family, friends, and neighbors. Dr. Gifford, her husband Jeff, and their son Carter split their time between Bainbridge and their home in the Saratoga Springs, NY area.

Trish started as a Dental Assistant in 1995, and works with Dr. Gifford providing patients with the utmost care, compassion, and professionalism. Having completed her CDA trading and receiving her Dental Assisting National Board certification, she enjoys the expanded services she is able to provide for her patients. Trish adores meeting new patients and the ones she has seen for years have become like family to her.

Jen enjoys her career as a member of Dr. Gifford's practice. Her goal continues to be making each patient feel welcomed and comfortable and to continue the wonderful care of each patient that Dr. Gifford and her staff have established.

Jen and her husband, Ray, have four children- Raymond, Garrett, Nikka, and Kyle. They own Newbauer Construction in Bainbridge, NY. Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her grandson. She is also active within her town and church and enjoys reading, traveling, and entertaining.

The only thing that stinks is you pay up front for services, it is then submitted to your insurance and you get reimbursed for whatever your insurance covers. The staff and Michelle are very nice and make going to the dentist less stressful! Would 100% recommend going!

I had a crown pop off and they got me in right away. One hour and I was good to go. Great staff and great dentist in Dr. Gifford. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable practice.

We have been going here since she started in Bainbridge many years ago. The hygienist here are all excellent. I trust them with children. Friendly staff and very accommodating. We have insurance and could go almost anywhere but we are very happy here. We do recommend this office to our friends.

I felt like they really cared that I was actually in pain. They tried to help me all they could but there was no hope for what I had and they referred me to someone who could help me. Its hard to find service like that anymore. I didn't have a dentist since dr. Bornstein retired. Now they are my dentist.

Dr Gifford and the entire staff are patient centered...our comfort and our health. They are efficient, effective, kind and compassionate and very skilled at keeping us in good dental health. They all know their patients and their needs as individuals. I have NEVER been as comfortable or as well cared for at any other practice. I would rate ten stars if I could!
