We take great pride in our strict infection control procedures. In addition to the standard level of required measures, we also use a closed-circuit distilled water system, superior high volume suction, Surgically Clean Air purifiers, iQ Air suction units to reduce harmful aerosols, ozone sterilization techniques, and barriers whenever possible. Although not required, we do have a mercury separator to prevent harmful materials from going back into our public water system, and we have a special ventilation system designed to remove even more of the trace amounts of mercury from the air. Its important for our patients to know how dedicated we are to protecting their health.

Its as quiet as a standard household dishwasher. Household quiet, but with the strength to provide healthier air in large rooms also which is perfectly suited for medical, commercial, or residential environments.
The JADE air purification system utilizes Surgically Clean Airs multi-stage air purifying technologies that work together to clean, purify and re-energize the indoor air. The multi stage filtration system captures dust particles, pollen, volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), mold, allergens, viruses, odors (like formaldehyde and smoke), bio-aerosols, nitrous oxide, and many other pollutants that are found in the inside air in workplaces and residences. For an air purifier to deliver its benefits throughout the indoor space it needs to move large volumes of air through its filtration system effectively without impacting those people that are closest to it by creating a breeze or being too loud.

Before he was Dr. Scott, he was the quiet, well-mannered, hard-working young man at Coronado High School, Lubbock Christian University, Texas Tech University, and then The University of Texas San Antonio Dental School. Hes always been self-disciplined shooting countless free throws in the gym, running cross-country, achieving rank of Eagle Scout, working long hours in the cotton fields every summer, and diligently studying to earn multiple recognitions for academics. When you combine a drive to do the hard thing, a determination to do the right thing, and an ability to recognize the God thing, you end up with a man of humility, character, and respect such as Dr. Micheal Scott.
Dr. Scott is a devoted family man, spending most of his free time with his wife- Allison, daughter- Megan, son- Brady, & large extended family. Dr. Scotts hobbies include tinkering with the latest technologies, attending his kids sporting events, sharing his skills with his sons scouting troop, landscaping (yes, he is the cultivator of our amazing lawn), making memories on family vacations, playing an occasional round of golf, and doing home improvement projects. Dr. Scott is not one who partakes in much rest hes very active and keeps a lengthy to-do list which keeps him happily busy. He is driven by the notion that satisfaction = stagnation at work and at home. So whether hes creating a new smile for a patient or fixing a broken sprinkler head, hes always looking for a way to make things better.

I started with Dr. Scott in Feb. of 2020, and for the next three years, he diligently work on getting my teeth, not only pretty in appearance, but most importantly, to have healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Scott is extremely diligent about his profession, working to get whatever procedure done, large or small, as close to 100%, as possible! He is very knowledgeable in every part of dentistry and his level of expertise is impressive. When there was a procedure he didn't specialize in, he had no trouble referring another specialist. I had to have two implants and he referred, Dr. Rob Ioppolo, who did a fantastic job! When I look over my procedure summary, I'm so thankful I went to Dr. Scott! I first went to him to replace two front crowns and was hoping to get help with my bite and TMJ. I grind and clench badly. As a result, through the years, I had numerous crowns that broke, teeth with cracks or worn and angled, and gum recession from the force of the grinding/clenching. First, he did numerous diagnostics to see what the real underlying issues were. After going into year three he had, done two bone grafts, gum surgery, 12 crown replacements, all metal fillings removed, "Rejuvenation"~ built a new bite, and repaired damage to chipped/worn teeth with composite fillings on 14 teeth, three implant teeth to replace pulled ones, and a lower retainer and upper night guard made. I never dreamed my teeth would or could be fixed liked this! Because of everything he did, I will have healthy gums and teeth for the rest of my life! I also give huge praises to the wonderful staff! Allison, Sara, Wendy, Noelle, and Karrigian are kind, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable ladies! They are very encouraging! Should you need a dentist who is miles above the rest, choose Dr. Micheal Scott!

Dr. Scott and his associates are amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. The location is accessible and clean. Great communication among the team. I was having tooth/jaw pain from a previous filling. They were able to schedule me within the week and fix the problem. Dr. Scott is very particular and makes sure to leave your teeth looking and feeling better than when you came in. I have been Dr.Scott's patient since 2007. He has taken care of needs as well as my family's. I would recommend him to all my other families and friends. The atmosphere in the office is just wonderful. The staff are so friendly and kind. Dr Scott cares and his patients he makes sure we are comfortable and addresses all our concerns. It is a Christian atmosphere and you can tell by everyone's faces and smiles, they are happy to see you so if you are looking and in need of a dentist with great qualifications and a great staff see Dr. Scott to keep the beautiful smile.
