Michael Zidile, D.D.S. is a Board Certified Periodontist and aDiplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. His practice is limited to oral hard and soft tissue periodontal reconstruction, periodontal plastic surgery, and the surgical placement of dental implants.
After receiving his Bachelors of Arts at Yeshiva University in New York, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry. Following his graduation with top honors, he was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Zidile went on to complete an intensive three year specialty training program at NYUs prestigious Ashman Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, where he was mentored by world-renowned experts in the field of oral and periodontal medicine. He has lectured at numerous venues including the Second District Dental Society, the Metropolitan Periodontics Forum and the Tri-School Symposium. Additionally, he has presented at the Greater New York Dental Meeting.
Along with his keen interest in continuing education, Dr. Zidile is passionate about teaching and volunteerism. He currently holds faculty positions at Lutheran, SUNY Downstate, and Methodist Hospitals as an Attending Periodontist in the Department of Dentistry. He trains the dental residents at these hospitals on the latest techniques in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
He is an active member of numerous national and local dental organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the Northeastern Society of Periodontists, the American Dental Association, the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, and the Second District Dental Society of New York. He also participates in the Orthodox Dental Study Club.

From the moment you walk in to the time Dr. Michael zidile starts to work on you to the end of the procedure, its absolutely amazing. Everyone is professional and caring.

The dental assistant was so nice and professional. She really put me at ease because I have bad anxiety. However the periodondist rushed the examination and was a little agressive with using the tools to take pictures. Maybe it was a busy morning. Not to mention I waited 3 months for that appoinment.

great experience, all things considered. came for a tooth extraction. quick, only minor discomfort, professional service all the way. i hope i don't need more teeth pulled but if i do i'll be doing it here again

Very efficient and professional practice. All the staff from the front desk, assistants, hygienist and dentist are kind, competent and diligent. I was there for a little over an hour and was attended to at all times. Busy practice but never felt rushed. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and professional, it was a pleasure seeing Dr. Zidile, he is very knowledgeable and he takes his time to explain all procedures needed. This is my first visit and I was quite impressed by how clean and well kept his office was. Dr. Zidile is highly recommended.

Brooklyn Periodontics is simply wonderful. I had a major accident as a child that has resulted in decades of work on my mouth, many root canals, 3 transplants, skin and bone grafts, etc. In my 43 years, this was the first and only office that 1) suggested we try a less invasive measure for my current problems before resulting to another surgery, and 2) actually asked me if I get nervous before procedures and would I like to have something to take for that. Those 2 factors alone made me sign up immediately to work with them, and it has not disappointed. From the very kind staff to the excellent work they've done, I can't recommend this periodontist enough.

Only praise for Dr. Zidile. He was able to do an unexpected procedure without having to reschedule which was great. But every staff member in his office treated you with respect and the friendly outlook as well. And wow, he's got some pretty impressive modern equipment as well.
