Dr. Wasson earned his bachelors degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, in 1988. Four years later, he achieved his D.M.D. (doctor of medical dentistry) from Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. I will not go anywhere els he gave me my smile back in December....he is so gentle and nice means alot when u haven't had the best experience with other places ill tell everyone to go here !

I visited for the first time this week after my husband became a new patient earlier this year. We both had wonderful experiences. The staff is incredibly friendly and organized, the rooms were comfortable, and I feel like my exam and cleaning were very thorough. We will absolutely keep coming to Dr. Wasson, and will recommend this office to our friends!

I have known Michael for well over a decade. He cared for me as a teenager and now as an adult and a mother he will be caring for my son as well. He is great with kids, family oriented, and is very relatable as he has kids and grandkids of his own. He has always been very helpful, professional, and informative. He details every step and is a great patient advocate. He is always staying up to date on changes in dentistry with technology and education. He is also the best shot giver I have ever experienced which we all know is very important when finding a new dentist. You will never leave his chair in uncertainty. He truly goes above and beyond with his patient care.

Always the best staff and friendly. I've had many appointments and work done here and they've come thru every time. Also good sense of humor which is nice when you're face is being stuffed like turkey on thanksgiving.

I broke the tooth right beside my wisdom tooth on Christmas eve. *sigh*. I went to another local establishment and they refused to pull it. They referred me to a surgeon and stuck me on antibotics without even looking in my mouth. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and I'm so glad that I did. He was awesome to work with, and listened to all of my concerns. I will most certainly be back.

Years ago I had to have fillings put in. I said as long as they dont have any mercury, because I never want something that might be toxic in my body. Look up (Amalgam Truth : Smoking Teeth And Mercury Toxicity) on YouTube. I was led to believe silver fillings were different & had no mercury then alternatives were cosmetic & not as good & cost more. When I found out silver fillings in fact have mercury in them on the Dr Oz show it put me under tremendous stress. I dont know if he was ignorant about silver fillings having mercury at that time or what but now I'm stuck with a mouth full of mercury fillings that cost a extreme amount to remove & replace properly. He ether is ignorant or used mercury on purpose. Ether way it is bad. He drilled out a mercury filling without any rubber dam external oxygen special mercury vacuum no mercury meter nothing. He must be ignorant of the imminent extreme serious toxcisity of mercury released. Mercury fillings have been banned in some countries. I did have couple gold crowns put in by him & they seem very stable after many years now and feel like normal teeth. Mercury should be banned. Dont believe it then sand down some mercury fillings & eat the powder every day and see what happens. Only a ignorant person would believe mercury is safe.

Have been seeing Dr Wasson just over 2 years. Recently went in for cracked tooth which required crown. Excellent chair-side mannner and attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, fun, and professional staff that makes you feel right at home. Dr Wasson is a very gentle, caring, and funny dentist, my kids have seen him for years and never feel the shots! Very professional dental work! We have been patients of his for years.
