Dr Shapiro is a very excellent and caring oral surgeon. His chair side manner is the best. Very calm and reassuring. If you need implants, Dr Shapiro is the Dr to see. Also his staff is very organized and caring.

Got my wisdom teeth out on 10/21/22. Not only was setting the appointment up a breeze thanks to their amazing receptionist, but they were also very thorough, patient, and kind helping receive all the necessary information and prep needed before your appointment. The dental assistants are just as kind and are very calm and collected which helps you feel at ease and relaxed while in their care. When I got worried and asked them to explain their procedure they took the time to educate me, and when they were doing the IV work they talked and distracted me as I told them of my fear of needles. Dr.Shapiro is also one of a kind. Very kind and approachable which helped feel at ease as well. He was truthful with me about the work I needed done and I appreciate his professional opinion and felt completely confident in the work he did. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and helped with my nerves and anxiety about the procedure. Dental work is a HUGE fear of mine but everyone was so kind and patient with me, which is so meaningful. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Shapiro and his staff are truly wonderful people. Everyone I got the opportunity to interact with was professional, informed, and compassionate. They've got some great senses of humor in there, too! I had four wisdom teeth extracted, two impacted. You won't notice or remember the surgery, and the level of skill from this team really shines in the days after. I followed their expert aftercare instructions and made it through my whole recovery with no real noticeable pain. I'd trust their work time and time again.

The staff and Dr. Shapiro are the best! I am a nervous dental patient but was made to feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs oral surgery.

After a routine cleaning and check up it was recommended to have my son's wisdom teeth pulled, not anything easy to say since my son is an adult with autism. Our dentist knowing this recommended Doctor Shapiro at Ohio dental implants and oral surgery, being that Ohio dental is out of our insurance network but highly recommended my son and I went to the consultation and were very satisfied with the choice to use Doctor Shapiro. Before the procedure the staff did an excellent job explaining to us both everything that will happen and went beyond service by comforting my son keeping him calm and assuring him all will be fine,* he woke up with a smile afterwards*. My son's words (they were very nice to me-did everything the right way-and made me feel okay). Thank you Ohio Dental Implant and Oral Surgery for helping my son feel safe during his procedure and he's healing up very well, high recommendations to Doctor Shapiro and Staff for a job well done!!

Dr Shapiro is very friendly & puts you at ease for the painful procedure he has in store for you. He's quick & thorough. This was my second procedure with him & I was very pleased with the first one, as well. His assistant, Gloria, is professional, witty, & very nice. Also, made me comfortable & thoroughly explained my "after surgery" follow up.

I recently had some major dental work done at Ohio Dental Implants & Oral Surgery by Dr. Michael Shapiro. I can't say enough about the wonderful care and attention I received from Dr Michael Shapiro and his staff. The procedure was complicated and handled expertly. I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro.
