As a childI was always afraid of dentist because of the painLike a lot of peopleButDr StevenIs so kindAnd patient and gentle.He and his nurses reassure you so muchAnd they treat you so goodYou know there's no need to worryAre sure so reassuringThey make you feel very comfortableNow you can make you feel relaxedAnd there's very very little pain in any treatment

The receptionist is rude and hung up on me when asking simple new patient questions. She stated that our insurance would not pay for a crown because a temp crown was completed 4 years ago. At that time, the crown was a temp crown and it was cash pay at the time in another state and she could not get that we had Moved and now we have insurance, and wanted to argue about the simple questions. This Place is crooked and I can imagine how the doctors is. The crowns are 1200.00, fillings are 179.00 and exams are 80.00 which all are way over priced and they will charge more WITH insurance! Total BS of a receptionist! No one is ever ot office. BEWARE of this shark.

Went there to have a tooth filled set said no it had to be pulled and they couldn't even do a root canal on it cause the bones were too weak They numbed to me 3 times broke an instrument in my mouth then proceeded to pull it and hurt it cracking and then said oh will we can't do it you have to go to a oral surgeon left my mouth bleeding and walked out and they said just take Tylenol we'll never go there again

Very professional while still understanding people's distress of the dentist. He's gentle and makes sure you're taken care of. Wonderful bedside manner. He talks you through what he's doing to help ease any fear. Definitely the best dentist I've come across.

I have heard many positive words regarding Keel Family Dentistry, and now that I have had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Dr. Stephen Keel and Staff's inviting, curtious professionalism, I could not imagine trusting any other Dentistry. Although I have not experienced Dr. Michael Keel's services, I would have to also recommend him as well due to the overwhelming wonderful reviews of others whom are patients of his. Keel Family Dentistry has definitely put a smile on my face! Thank you!

I have to say that my family has gone to this dentist since way back. We've had second opinions at university dental schools and are being told that the work is not only bad, but has to be redone and some things were unnecessary. This involves myself, and 3 other close family members that have experienced poor dental work. None of my family will ever go back here. We will stick to the dental school where top notch professionals give you the best care.

Save your children! Avoid this dentist! We've been going here for two years, regular checkups and regular cleanings. I recently decided to try a different dentist. After her cleaning in June 2018 (last month) my daughter was told by Keel that she needed 2 small fillings. We changed dentists and set an appointment for the 2 fillings. I left the new dentist today, not with her 2 simple little fillings completed, but with a plan for 14 procedures for my daughter alone including a fairly large filling, something that was clearly overlooked by Keel and his hygienist. I was shown the X-ray taken by the new dentist and I had no problem seeing all the damage that was overlooked. Damage that didn't just pop-up in the last 4-6 weeks. I am beside myself. I can't believe it. I am disgusted and beyond disappointed. The staff at the new clinic seemed surprised to learn that she had been receiving regular treatment. I was under the impression all was well and we were staying on top of everything. What's the point in going to a dentist if they aren't doing their job? My son will be seen by the new dentist ASAP to see what was carelessly overlooked with him. Update 7/18/18 My son, who was told by Keel staff, after his cleaning just last month that his teeth were fine other than 2 small spots that Keel took care of-Today we left the new dentist with a treatment plan for 7 procedures and a referral to have his decaying wisdom teeth removed ASAP. We were told he was decay-free. Keel clearly and carelessly overlooked many problems and would have continued to do so had I not decided to switch.
